Kidney Problems

As part of routine checkup today , my creatinine level increase to 1.22(lab reference range is 0.6-1.5) three months back it was 0.90 from different lab(0.9-13) .. Is 1.22 is like my kidney function is declining? A Quick Note on These Res

From past one month I have Pain in my Penile , burning sensation , pain , when done ultraSound initially there were minor stones in both Kidneys approx 2-3 Mm , now I have but in second Ultrasound it did not appear , my all tests Blood,  KFT, prostate, blood sugar, are normal including Urine Culture, only B12 is 113 and D6 is also deficient, I notice when I pass gas I feel pain has gone a little from the penis. I am not sure what is happening and the issue.

During mastrubation today, there was tear on my penis urethra tip with blood and got stopped after some time. Occasionally blood stain after the tear Attached images here with could you please suggest medicine for this. Have mild irritation or pain as well

I have a mild erectile dysfunction issue, for which my doctor prescribed Varimax 10 mg. After taking it, I experienced acid reflux that lasted for almost a week. I later switched to Viagra 25 mg and noticed a similar acid reflux problem. I took these two medications about 20 days apart. I do not drink alcohol and I did not take either medication with junk or oily food.

During sex while ejaculating i felt a sharp pain and 1-2 drops of blood came afterwards. Now everytime while peeing i feel a sharp pain and it starts after couple seconds of peeing and last for 3-4 minutes. Otherwise there is no pain or swelling.

He was complaining scrotum 10days before for continuous three days but very mild ..did scrotum USG and abdomen USG and urine and checked with urologist surgeon ...he said nothing is there in physical examination and test all are normal .just gave medicine for pain.its beeen one week no pain .but today he started complaining pain in scrotum ..why???

I was having difficulty in passing urine last Sunday. Took Cital-UTI syrup. Immediately thereafter started getting severed stomach pain and vomiting. Was admitted in hospital for a day and recovered. Doc told me to take Clear UTI for 5 days and Ecotas BV tablet for a month. Yesterday, again I was finding it difficult to pass urine and slight pain. Then I saw I was passing blood thru urine a couple of times , which stopped after sometime. Doc told me to take Clear UTI again. Got a sonography done of abdomen and pelvis. Reports are normal. I'm fine now and able to pass urine. But worried if it repeats. Please advise.

2 week before he saw blood in semen ( there is no pain or any other discomfort ). He consulted a doctor and doctor said it will be okay there is nothing serious. After few days he checked again and found rust colour semen ( still no other problems) and again after few days he found rust colour semen again. Is it dangerous?
