Hi doctors. Pls help! I've been battling bedwetting since childhood. It used to be so frequent and severe in my childhood. It stopped for some years and resurfaced again in my teenage years; this time less frequently like twice or thrice a week and I experience unconscious leaks even when it happens immediately. The pattern is completely unpredictable, all urinary tests came out negative. I turned 18 recently and I thought it would go but it hasn't. All lifestyle changes like taking less water at night and all others have proved abortive for me. It has really affected me negatively especially my mental health and I need it to stop permanently. 🙏

Hi Doctor, I’m 25 years old and unmarried. I was diagnosed with Grade 1 bladder neck elevation through cystoscopy in June. I took Tab Doxin 8 mg for a month, but my urine flow didn’t improve. A urodynamic study showed normal bladder function. I’m now taking Aluzsin 10 mg as prescribed. My doctor suggested if nothing works CIC is only solution.even I am not interested and scared too .I have a few questions: What could be the root cause at my age? Are there other treatments besides surgery or CIC? Can I take Herbalife products now? Is there any Ayurvedic or traditional treatment? What lifestyle changes should I follow?

I have been suffering with consistent UTIs for more than 2 years now. Yes I have consulted the doctor, completed my antibiotic course a couple of times , maintain hygiene , try to drink water and also have D mannose. But still it ALWAYS comes back. My test reports show no bacterial growth but always excessive presence of pus cells. I don't know what's happening

For past few months I feel my erection has gone weak and recently it's worsened. I am not sexually active, but still I am not feeling horny, i can't even do masterbation. Please help with erection, libido, anxiety, weight loss.

I generally have habit of holding on urine till last moment and then run to pass out . Sometimes it pains in lower abdomen for holding on so long . Due to non availability of washroom I have to hold . For that reason sometime i decrease water intake What consequences can happen due to it ?
