I have a kidney stone at UVJ which is around 5.8mm will this stone pass on its own or do I need to follow more steps. Doctor has given urimax 0.4 there is no pain for now just a sharp pain sometimes during urine. Urine flow is normal and there is no other issues. Attaching my USG REPORT

Hello Doctor, I am a 28-year-old male. For the past 6 years, I have been experiencing persistent low libido, reduced spontaneous arousal, infrequent morning erections, and difficulty achieving and maintaining erections. Around the time these symptoms started, I had a minor accident during which I noticed a pop sensation and my erection went away within seconds. I had no pain, bruising, or visible deformity, and the initial ultrasound was reported as normal. I also have depression and am currently under the care of a psychiatrist. I have taken venlafaxine in the past and have recently restarted it as advised by my psychiatrist. These symptoms have significantly affected my quality of life. I would appreciate your opinion on whether further evaluation (such as hormone tests or a dynamic penile Doppler, if appropriate) is needed, or whether another cause is more likely.

I am a 52 year old male who is diagnosed diabetes 2 year before. 1 year before I experienced tight foreskin . Ingot to know that if we have diabetic you will have like this. However after taking the diabetic medicine it got cured automatically. However from 1 week again I am having the same issue .
