Kidney Problems

Since my latest period I have been experiencing frequent urination like i feel i m not emptying it completely every 2hrs i feel the urge to pee and not in drop like in good quantity and there are no burning sensation or foul smell. Its pale yellow and doesnt burning but the frequency is too much. Peed 6times in 12 hrs. I m also ovulating but this is the first time I m concerned.

I have a tendency to urinate 15-20 times a day. I have been suffering from this problem since school days. Worst part is that i have to wash my vagina everytime I urinate which is irritating as it keeps the panty wet. I avoid drinking water and suffer from dehydration. I have Ibs too. How do I stop this?

I had uti cured , but somedays after causing burning sensation so done urine routine but no bacteria in that and 2-3 pus cells and in urine culture report significant bacteriuria Though both tests done from same sample . I started drinking Cranberry juice since the day given sample now my symptoms faded but urine culture report shows significant bacteriuria . Now I am confused what to do

I have attached mri scan report Right testis absent Left testis is undecended testis In semen analysis test showing Azoospermia Bilateral seminal vesicles with mild hypoplastic with prominent cryst...but I don't feel any pain or symptoms Hormonal balance test are normal AMH report is normal Inhibin b test report is normal I have a concern that bcz of testis I have zero sperm count or from bilateral seminal vesicles I have zero sperm count...please clarify it
