Kidney Problems

Hello Doctor, For more than 1 year, I have had right-sided pain/heaviness between the ribs and abdomen, sometimes felt toward the back or lower right abdomen. It started after I had been holding my urine frequently for long periods. Usually, the discomfort starts when I hold urine, even for a few minutes after drinking water. Since yesterday, it has become continuous. I also have a weak/low-pressure urine stream and sometimes feel incomplete bladder emptying. After drinking only ~200 mL water, I may get an urge within 15 minutes and urinate 2–3 times within a short period. Previous ultrasound showed no kidney stone or hydronephrosis, but around 273 mL urine remained in my bladder after urination. Previous KFT was normal. Could this be urinary retention/incomplete bladder emptying, and could it be affecting my kidney? What tests should I do now? Thank you.

Hey i had varicocele grade 1 three years back, no pain and i dont feel much difference in the shapes. I having less quantity and quality like motility in the semen like when i noticed. And i am facing no morning wood like that for few years and now erection is not same like it used to be. What should i do? Age : 25 Weight : 100kg Height : 160 cm Vitamin b12 was 219.0 pg/ml Magnesium was 2.4 mg/dl Testosterone was 4.49 ng/ml These were 2024 reports What should i do? Do i need to see the doctor now? I have a tendency to urinate 15-20 times a day. I have been suffering from this problem since school days. Worst part is that i have to wash my vagina everytime I urinate which is irritating as it keeps the panty wet. I avoid drinking water and suffer from dehydration. I have Ibs too. How do I stop this?

I recently underwent partial zsr circumcision. What can be the long term complications? Are there chances of buried penis? I had grade 4 phimosis so skin is removed but chances of recurrence or any other serious complications? I'm already in guilt that why did I go through it and don't feel good. I'm scared of the long term complications. The biopsy report also showed balanopotisis with following result: GROSS EXAMINATION : Received specimen of foreskin measuring 2.5x2.0x2.0 cm. Overlying skin shows no ulceration or lesion.Representative tissue is submitted for processing and embedding in 1 block.Grossed by Dr.Anantika MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION : Microscopic examination show soft tissue fragment lined by keratinizingstratified squamous lining epithelium. Subepithelium show fibrocollagenoustissue with dilated congested blood vessels and lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate.No atypia / malignancy seen.IMPRESSION/ DIAGNOSIS : Findings are consistent with the clinical impression of Balanoposthitis.

Hello Doctor, I have been suffering from erectile dysfunction for the past 6 years. It started immediately after an incident during which I heard a "pop" sound followed by a sudden loss of erection. Since then, I have not regained normal erections or regular morning erections, and my quality of life has been significantly affected. I underwent a routine penile ultrasound in the flaccid state, and the report was normal. Based on this, the urologists I consulted advised that a dynamic penile Doppler is not required and suggested that my problem is more likely psychological than physical. However, because my symptoms started suddenly after that incident, I am concerned that there could be an underlying physical cause, such as a vascular or nerve injury. I would appreciate your opinion on whether further evaluation is necessary and what investigations or treatment you would recommend to determine the exact cause of my condition.

I attached an Urine routine report and I had a recurring bacterial Urine infection and prostate bacterial Infection.infection cured Now I have a burning sensation after urine and I see bubbles in Urine Renel function test is Normal Should I go for a urine acr test ?or no need for urine acr test? and any other test you recommend? I am feeling burning sensation and irritation before and after urine pass. I have done urine examination that came normal and I had USG of KUB that was also normal. What could be the reason. kindly suggest I had an appointment with urologist he said it is chronic prostites and  prescribed me doxycycline +l cin 500 + Alfuguard 10 , but after taking these medicines I am not feeling well, suffering from continuous diaheria, nausea and fatigue. I am taking fluids regularly as per the requirement. And all the time I feel dry mouth. I had bsf also that came normal.

Yellow urine daily . Even though I drink sufficient water daily and also drinks barlie and sabja water also . Why so plz tell doctors
