43-year-old male. Exposure history: Body Massage and hand job in early May 2026. No penetrative vaginal/anal sex and no oral sex. Current symptoms: Burning after urination (fluctuates from 1/10 to 5/10). urethral discomfort. Sometimes feel feverish Perinium feels uncomfortable Treatment received: Nitrofurantoin – 5 days. Doxycycline – 10 days (started around 20 June). Faropenem – 5 days. Alfuzosin (Alfoo). Investigations: Ultrasound KUB/prostate: Normal. Uroflowmetry: Slightly abnormal Digital rectal examination: No tenderness. Hello Doctor. I am a 22-year-old male. I have had itching on my scrotum for about 10 days. There is a small bump on the scrotal skin, and it is the most itchy area. The bump moves with the skin, while the testicle feels smooth and moves separately. I do not have severe pain, fever, pus, redness, or white flaky skin. The itching becomes worse when I wear tight jeans and sometimes at night. I am concerned about what this could be and whether it is a skin condition such as folliculitis, dermatitis, or a fungal infection, or if it needs further evaluation. I have attached photos. E coli bacteria found in semen culture test . my doctor advised faropenem twice a day for 5 days  followed by levoflox 500 once a day for 20 days and followed by nitrofurantoin 30 days once a day. is it correct mode of treatment. All antibiotics given as per culture report

Over the past few months and years, I've noticed  more visible superficial veins on my penis while flaccid. They are soft to touch, painless, and become less prominent when there is cold temp. No redness, swelling, or tenderness. I see smaller new veins appearing as well especially post sexual activity. I'm mainly concerned about whether this is normal and whether any treatment is needed.  Also more importantly, I'm cosmetically worried about how it looks.

History of Present Illness: During the 3rd–4th week of June 2026, I used a condom that was too tight during intercourse. The condom tore, and I had to remove it by forcefully stretching the tight ring. I subsequently developed pain around the underside of the penis near the frenulum and inner foreskin. I m having mild foam in urine since many months now recently i notices the foam is like flakes type or sometimes thick but it just 3-4 cm patch single or 2 patches types so is it ckd?? i m taking less water since childhood i have a history of kidney stone and recently i m facing mild burning while urinating so plz guide me should i do urine acr now or should i first increase my water intake if yes then how much and then do the test?? i m so worried bcz i m just 26 my weight is 35 kg
