I am a 30-year-old male. I have had a tight foreskin (phimosis) since childhood. However, about 2 to 3 years ago, after my first time having protected sex, a yellowish, foul-smelling liquid/discharge and redness started appearing inside the foreskin. This infection and discharge have been present off and on since then. Because the skin is too tight to pull back, I cannot clean it properly. I need medical advice on how to treat this long-standing infection, what tests are needed, and if circumcision is required to permanently fix this childhood phimosis.

Urination of small quantity frequently with urgency and pain at the end of urination from day before yesterday

My son is 24 years old. 3 days back only blood, around 5ml, came out instead of urine. After 1.5 hr urine mixed with blood and after that no blood in the urine since then. His ultrasound is all clear and blood work also. No fever or pain. What can be the reason?

For the last 2 days white discharge under foreskin, little itching, inner skin swollen like pouches.

For last 2 days I have burning sensation post urination. Now I have started having itching and that post pee burning and pain has also increased. I have already submitted my urine sample for routine and culture test. But it will come by 5th Sept. I will do the doctor consultation once I have the report. But in the mean time what can be done taken to reduce burning sensation, pain and itching.

Hi doctor, I have a concern regarding my foreskin. It doesn’t retract easily, and I usually need to apply lubricant for it to pull back completely. When I pull it back behind the glans, it feels quite tight, almost like a rubber band is sitting around the penis just behind the glans. It also feels like the skin is being held or slightly locked in that position. I have never had sexual intercourse, so I’m not sure whether this is normal or if it could cause pain or difficulty during intercourse in the future. I also notice that when the foreskin is in its normal position, I get a normal erection. However, when I pull the foreskin back partially, I still get an erection, but it doesn’t become fully erect. Is this normal? If this needs treatment, can it be treated without surgery?.

Hi doctor. I’m 23 years old. I’m able to get a strong erection when I masturbate, but when I’m with my partner, I’m not able to get fully hard or maintain the erection, so I couldn’t penetrate her vagina. This happened during my second sexual experience. I was a fitness freak and I used Dianabol (methandienone) about 1 year ago for 3 weeks: 10 mg/day in the first week, 20 mg/day in the second week, and 30 mg/day in the third week. I haven’t used it since. Could this be related to my previous steroid use, or could it be performance anxiety? Do you recommend any blood tests or other evaluation?

Hello Doctor, I have attached the ultrasound report. It shows a 6 mm stone in the lower left ureter, close to the VUJ, with moderate hydroureteronephrosis. He sometimes has very severe pain, followed by vomiting, and at times he vomits even after eating anything. He also sometimes has difficulty passing urine. Could you please advise: 1. Does this level of blockage require urgent treatment? 2. Should we do RFT/KFT, urine routine/CUE, urine culture and CBC now? 3. Can we wait for the 6 mm stone to pass naturally, or would you recommend laser/ureteroscopy? 4. If medicines are appropriate to help the stone pass, what should he take and for how long? 5. Does the moderate hydroureteronephrosis need any immediate treatment or monitoring? Please advise what the next step should be.

Is surgery required for kidney stone of 5-6 mm in both kidneys or the medication is enough to removal of these stone size from kidneys.
