Kidney Problems

After ejaculation my penis is paining or feel burning sensation during urination.Some times pain in anus and pubic area also.I consult a urologist who prescribed a antibiotic and I take that medicine five days but my problem do not solved.What should I do? Please Help me.

I am suffering from frequent urination and less urination from last 1 month my reports ultra sound are all normal some dr are saying it is related pelvic floor muscle and some are saying stricture I am taking alfuzosine after taking medicine flow is coming fine but without that flow reduces please suggest my what should I do and how long should I take alfuzosine medicine.

I have had a very tight foreskin since the beginning cause of which I am unable to retract and clean. I was able to do it very rarely but now it is next to impossible. I have developed a foreskin infection too (swelling, redness and pain) and am taking antibiotics as prescribed by my urologist. He suggested circumcision as a permanent solution. Are there any other non-surgical options?
