Kidney Problems

In 2018 I used atomoxetine 100mg very well for my adhd I didn't have any side effects then. 3 years back I had recurring urine bacterial infection,later urologist did prostate massage and collected urine sample after that I never had urine bacterial infection, but ultrasound shows mild prostate enlargement,I don't have problem in urine starting or any other symptoms,I only symptom I have now urine burning sensation If I take atomoxetine even at lowest dosages 20mg it causes urine retention,why?can someone please explain why I need to use atomoxetine for my ADHD I have two questions and looking for multiple options 1.due I have now urine retention caused by atomoxetine due to mild enlargement prostate or recurring urine bacterial infection damaged any bladder or urethra? Or something else? 2.which medicine will help most? How atomoxetine works : atomoxetine increases norephinephrie and urine retention is known side effects and rare side effects

I have vericocle Surgery in 2023 and at that also there was minimal hydrocele in the ultrasound and now from few days I have pain after that ultrasound was done and have a Few prominent pampiniform plexus veins measuring upto 2.4 mm noted in the left upper scrotum posteriorly however no reflux is seen on valsalva in standing/supine position (hemodynamically insignificant) and minimal hydrocele..... Than doctor told me to do semen analysis but the thing is that I am unable to erect my penis after listening lab name and I have try two times in lab also and no lab is near to home and I have try for baby planing also but my wife was not pregnant still ...... I have strees in my mind also ..... Plz suggest me some good thing so that the semen analysis test can be done than I will definitely contact the same for further process of my case..... Is I have again vericocle from my current USG or not and the minimal hydrocele is still there what to do I have pain also...Currently report attached

Hello doctors , I was sufeering with uti 3 weeks before took niftas 100mg but doesn't work,urine culture says fosfomycin is sensitive my doctor prescribed it..but I forgot to ask how many sachets to use.. I have taken 1 sachet yesterday is that enough Attaching my culture report Please advise Last year same ecoli bacteria found but niftas have worked..

I am male 34. Since age 14 I have a problem of frequent urination. I cannot even control f ew drops of urine. I get strong feeling of urine like there is lot of urine to be released. However I do not wet the bed , nor I wake up at night for urine. This feeling makes me feel like I have lots of urine to do but actually very little urine comes out. In a day I go atleast 20 times to urinate. 5 years back I went to urologist in AIIMS DELHI. He asked me to do test like UTI, ULTRASOUND, URINE FLOWMETRY ,etc and also a test a pipe was inserted deep in my penis. But all test came positive. No problem found. so I became hopeless and stopped visiting. I want to go to urologist again and the problem is urologist will again provide a list of test. Can anyone tell what is the problem I am facing and any solution to it. Also the age this problem started , I had also started masturbating.could there be a link. I never leak urine but the feeling is so strong. help me.

What does this mean? Show delayed proprioception with increased detrusor compliance and bladder capacity. There was no detrusor overactivity. Pressure flow plot reveals a low pressure low flow state. Picture indicates pelvic floor spasticity. Is this curable? Id there a treatment available for this?

Hi dr. 10 months ago 23 sept 2025 I go through cect abdomen and mrcp for gallbladder issues incidental finding of Small subcentimetric cortical cyst of size approx. 8.6 x 6.1 mm is noted in mid pole of left kidney. Cholecystectomy done in nov 4 2025 Today 21 june 2026 I done ultrasound  for post cholecystectomy status in which A small cortical cyst of size approx. 11.0 mm with eccentric hyperechoic focus is noted in mid pole of left kidney Cyst size increase by 2.5 mm and what is eccentric hyperechoic focus is there is a cause of concern. Previous cect scan only mention of cyst. Radiologist say nothing to worry about it. Please guide me I attach the both previous cect scan report and today ultrasound report

My father went for routine prostrate test. His psa came to be 9.28. his prostrate size is 55 .Dre was painful. Doctor found nodule on left lobe in mri it came out to be 18*11 mm size and pirads 4. We want a second opinion as doctor is asking for biopsy. Can psma pet scan be helpful?

1. Chronic UTI/Urethritis since May 2025; severe, 24-hour burning at male organ tip. Ciplox 500mg, Razo D, K Cit started 3 days ago aren't relieving pain. What next? 2. High risk: Have Type-2 Diabetes (Amaryl 1mg, Galvus 50mg) & Hypertension (Telma 20mg) but restricted to 1 meal/day due to finances. How to prevent hypoglycemia/BP spikes? 3. Also on Petril Beta 0.5, Thyronorm 100, Rozavel 10. Any dangerous interactions with new UTI meds?
