Kidney Problems

I have noticed mild redness around the urinary opening. There is no pain while urinating, no burning sensation, no discharge, no bad smell, and no fever.

As per USG report right kidney shows tiny echogenic focus deep in upper calyx casting faint distal shadows. Left kidney shows a tiny concretion in id calyx. What is the treatment? How will these stones removed. Facing mild back pain from past 2-3 days.

Hi Dr, ultrasound shows approx 8 mm stone in  left upper ureter been experiencing intermittent radiating pain for last 5–6 days. Pls prescribe ureter-relaxing medication appropriate in case to help pass stone M, 32yr , no other disease

She feels problem of intermittent urination and burning sensation from last 4 days.Today she feels pain in left kidney area and in lower back too

Hello Doctor, I have noticed mild redness around the urinary opening for some time. I do not have any pain while urinating, burning, discharge, swelling, or any other symptoms.

I am diagnosed with vericoceles grade 4. I do feel pain after urination, while standing. I am a delivery boy and need to hold urine for sometime because the washroom is not always available. Burning sensation after urination. Pain radiates to legs, stomach, lower back as well. The doctor only suggested support to wear. I consulted a government hospital and as u know doctors have very limited time to check patients. Any suggestions are welcome. I do have kidney stones of 4-5mm as well. Thank you all.

Recently i found out that i have 2cm kidney stone in my left kidney... A general surgeon in my area said it will be only removed by pcnl surgery but its still risky coz my kidney stone isnt blocking the bladder and it isnt swelling but he said it will b earier for him to perform the surgery if the stone blocks the bladder pipe and if my kidney swell...so he told me to take tamfil-ds tablet for 21 days so that if the stone move towards bladder n swell it will b easier for him to do the surgery...m really worried will i b ok after taking the medicine or is it ok if the kidney swell before surgery pls suggest

I noticed a very small pimple like thing on penis shaft towards the area near the scrotum. On touching it feels hard. This has been since last four months with no change. What is this? Can this be serious? Is it a common problem?

30M, 170 cm, 70 kg About 4 years ago, I developed recurrent bacterial UTIs (~10 episodes), treated with multiple antibiotics based on urine cultures showing different bacteria. My main symptom was burning during urination. During this period, I lost 7–8 kg of muscle mass and have never regained it. Later, a prostate massage followed by urine culture identified bacteria, and I was treated accordingly. Since then, urine tests and cultures have remained normal, but my symptoms never improved. Current symptoms: Burning during urination Burning sensation in the urinary/genital area Penis shrinkage/retraction sensation No morning erections for 4 years Persistent inability to regain lost muscle mass Sudden facial wrinkling (started ~1 year after infections) Bilateral knee pain (started ~2 years ago) Recent back pain Despite normal urine cultures for several years and seeing multiple doctors, these symptoms persist. Question: what can be reason? what tests need?

I have to undergo gallbladder surgery so doctor suggested operational profile .In ultrasound my kidneys size ,echo texture was normal and blood serum creatinine is 0.7 . My urine test shows trace albumin .I have lot of surgery related anxiety while doing tests. Sometimes when iam anxious my Blood pressure varies from 120-130/ 80-90 during normal condition my BP is 103-115/70-80 . Is there anything to worry about albumin trace
