Suddenly i have starting spit blood in my saliva from past two day aling with nausea is this a lung issue

I did kidney function test and all other values are normal but my total protein content is 8.40 g/dl.its elevated slightly ryt.Should i be worried?im already diagnosed with IBS.is it cause of that

My age-45, Male. During ejaculation after masturbation the first semen was normal but then I saw some blood with semen. I feared then I urinated but there was no blood in urine. Then I masturbated once more to check. There was completely no blood in semean. Then I masturbated 3rd time to check. Same normal semen first and then blood like first masturbation episode. But now I saw a wound on the external part on my penis and got to know blood might be coming from it. I am not sure whether that wound was there or not during first episode.
