Kidney Problems

Hi dr My father 63 taking urimax 0.4 from last 3 years and sometimes feels vertigo. BP sometime normal and sometimes 150/90 without medication, recently did usg and uroflowmetry, report is  attached, KFT is normal  please advice any alternate medicine

Does the prostate come to its normal size after treating for BPH if urinary retention was the only symptom. Frequent urination was only since a month.

Identified kidney stones sized around 10 mm to 12 mm. Can this be cured by medicines. If so, please specify the medicine.

Hi , For past 3-4 months I had pain on left testicle I went to doctor for that and itching and pain in urination and he said to do a ultrasound Found no lumps or swelling on physical examination And USG was clear for scrotum but slight swelling in bladder was given antibiotics for seven days then issue some what reduced no pain But now after 3 months again slight pain side of left testicle not seeing any swelling or lumps on examination Advice the pain usually happen when testicle is moved too much or tissue stretched Advice

My father also go for surgery in june mnth however after surgery no relief. again and again a blokage of urine is continue. Prostate is normal as per report After 15 days doctor recommend urine pipe for 1 week. After 15 days again Blockage or low urine. Pleass suggest any permanent solution

I have my college pretty far from home . I board bus at 7:30 AM from Bus Stop [ 5.50 Km Far from home ] bus reaches 9:30 AM at College and I drink lots of water to clear stomach , i get urge to pee after being exposed to wind travelling to Bus Stop and now I have to control pee urge until reaching college , on the first day of college I had to ask our bus driver to please stop at Public Washroom , I feel embarassing to ask bus driver to stop bus just because of me 😓 what should I do 🤕

I have kidney stone 5mm in urine track UVJ from past 3 months now... initially I had pain so went for scans and doctor is advising me to wait now... I have urine burning at night.. but no pain ... do I need to wait more?
