I got urine Burning sensation a week ago and I did urine test rbc is 3 to 4 HCF Doctor suggested to take niftas 100 mg for 7 days Today 7th day completed still urine Burning sensation didn't stop Please help me

I m suffering from premature ejaculation.Eithout condom thursting happems only for 4-5 sec . With condom around 15-20 sec. Took medicine like duralast , post that as well sometimes i come very early. Need permanent cure for this. My age -35

Do surgery? What are the risks of surgery? How to improve sperm count & quality? I'm afraid to do marriage now. What are the chances of natural pregnancy? Please help

It is inside the upper layer of the skin and also on the top of the Penis. I have cleaned with the Savlon and have applied Bitadin lotion for the time being. Please suggest further course of action.

I have done stapler circumcision 17th monday and removed dressing on 20th thursday. Now 8days completed. My penis pic are attached, bottom side ring visible, and top side seen fully covered .botyom side look like wound open. I have only 2days tablet for healing. My son 7yrs old son tarted with mild scrotum pain and after one daystomach pain and vommiting. Done with urine routine ,USG abdomen,USG scrotum all are normal.but still stomach pain and scrotum pain is there.doc did physical examine and he said no swellingand no redness as well.and gave gastritis prob emeset,pan 20 ,and cyclopam ..for 3days.today is second day but still stomach pain and scrotum pain is there mildly and vommited in empty stomach in mrng.after tht no vommit .why

Dear Doctor, I had a circumcision exactly 33 days ago. The wound is still in the healing process. It appears that extra skin may have been removed on the right side of the penis. Because of this, during erection, the penis seems to pull downward and toward the right side. Will this straighten over time? If yes, how many days will it take to become normal? I have provided an image—please check it and share your comments.

Main symptoms- scrotum tingling and nocturnal erections at the age of 44 started since 1 yr which causes sleep disturbance: Sometimes tingling comes in pelvic area  and  anal area and sometimes cold spots in pelvic area ..almost tingling comes first in scrotum before urge to urine..so it is kind of become indicator for passing urine: Observation: stool pressure, gas bloating in night ( gas occurs mostly in night) and sometimes urine pressure increases frequency and strength of nocturnal erections which sometimes go down after i wake up and walk for 2-3  min or pass gas ..Noticed wheb i pass stool in night before sleeping, there is moderately correlation with less frequency and strength of nocturnal erections.. Checked with neurologist,did mri with contrast for whole spine but no neural compression observed ..tried mitrazapine for 2 months as suggested by neurologist but no help ..

My sister has lower abdomen pain and also back pain. Her pee smells so bad and also she has this burning sensation before and after peeing. She also has infection problem already, if she uses public toilets she gets infection in her pubic area. If she uses any other soap then anti fungul soaps she gets infection easily
