Kidney Problems

Main symptoms- scrotum tingling and nocturnal erections at the age of 44 started since 1 yr which causes sleep disturbance: Sometimes tingling comes in pelvic area  and  anal area and sometimes cold spots in pelvic area ..almost tingling comes first in scrotum before urge to urine..so it is kind of become indicator for passing urine: Observation: stool pressure, gas bloating in night ( gas occurs mostly in night) and sometimes urine pressure increases frequency and strength of nocturnal erections which sometimes go down after i wake up and walk for 2-3  min or pass gas ..Noticed wheb i pass stool in night before sleeping, there is moderately correlation with less frequency and strength of nocturnal erections.. Checked with neurologist,did mri with contrast for whole spine but no neural compression observed ..tried mitrazapine for 2 months as suggested by neurologist but no help ..

My sister has lower abdomen pain and also back pain. Her pee smells so bad and also she has this burning sensation before and after peeing. She also has infection problem already, if she uses public toilets she gets infection in her pubic area. If she uses any other soap then anti fungul soaps she gets infection easily

Hi doctors, My mother has went for cystoscopy 2 times till now ( 1 time 6 months back and once last month) as she is not feeling of having urine with full pressure and not feeling bladder empty of urine I have attached results for last month ( before cystoscopy) and now  . Can you please check and help if everything is fine and how need to take care to not get this problem again

Hello Doctor, I am a 30-year-old male. I had recurrent urinary bacterial infections in the past and took multiple antibiotics. After treatment, urine culture now shows no growth. Earlier, after prostate massage, bacteria were found, but after antibiotics, culture became normal again. Currently, urine routine and culture are normal, but I still have burning after urination. This has been ongoing for about 3 years. Other symptoms/history: - Itching at the tip of the penis after urination - Daily masturbation - Atomoxetine caused urine retention - Contrast CT was normal, but contrast also caused urine retention - Had to strain to pass urine Questions: 1. What could be causing burning after urination despite normal tests? 2. I need Atomoxetine to function. Can I restart it? Will urine retention happen again? What should I do if it does? Thank you.
