I need your opinion regarding my long-term urine problem. - Around 3 years back, I started having burning sensation while passing urine. - Initially, urine culture was positive, but bacteria kept changing after every antibiotic course. - Later, urine culture showed no bacteria, but symptoms continued (burning sensation). Then my doctor did prostate massage, and after that: - Post-massage urine culture came positive for bacteria. - I completed the full antibiotic course, but burning sensation did not fully go away. Recently: - Doctor again did prostate massage, but this time culture is negative. - Uroflowmetry – normal - USG before & after urine – normal - Doctor tried some medicines, but burning sensation still persists. Now I am thinking to ask my doctor for PCR urine test to detect bacteria. My questions to doctors: - Is PCR urine test useful in such cases? - Any other tests or approach you suggest?

I m suffering from premature ejaculation.Eithout condom thursting happems only for 4-5 sec . With condom around 15-20 sec. Took medicine like duralast , post that as well sometimes i come very early. Need permanent cure for this. My age -35

Do surgery? What are the risks of surgery? How to improve sperm count & quality? I'm afraid to do marriage now. What are the chances of natural pregnancy? Please help

It is inside the upper layer of the skin and also on the top of the Penis. I have cleaned with the Savlon and have applied Bitadin lotion for the time being. Please suggest further course of action.

I have done stapler circumcision 17th monday and removed dressing on 20th thursday. Now 8days completed. My son 7yrs old son tarted with mild scrotum pain and after one daystomach pain and vommiting. Done with urine routine ,USG abdomen,USG scrotum all are normal.but still stomach pain and scrotum pain is there.doc did physical examine and he said no swellingand no redness as well.and gave gastritis prob emeset,pan 20 ,and cyclopam ..for 3days.today is second day but still stomach pain and scrotum pain is there mildly and vommited in empty stomach in mrng.after tht no vommit .why

Dear Doctor, I had a circumcision exactly 33 days ago. The wound is still in the healing process. It appears that extra skin may have been removed on the right side of the penis. Because of this, during erection, the penis seems to pull downward and toward the right side. Will this straighten over time? If yes, how many days will it take to become normal? I have provided an image—please check it and share your comments.
