Kidney Problems

Over the past few months and years, I've noticed  more visible superficial veins on my penis while flaccid. They are soft to touch, painless, and become less prominent when there is cold temp. No redness, swelling, or tenderness. I see smaller new veins appearing as well especially post sexual activity. I'm mainly concerned about whether this is normal and whether any treatment is needed.  Also more importantly, I'm cosmetically worried about how it looks.

History of Present Illness: During the 3rd–4th week of June 2026, I used a condom that was too tight during intercourse. The condom tore, and I had to remove it by forcefully stretching the tight ring. I subsequently developed pain around the underside of the penis near the frenulum and inner foreskin. On 29 June 2026, while bathing, I accidentally washed the area with a scented soap (similar to Kuppaimeni soap) and experienced sudden worsening of the pain. Since then, the symptoms have persisted daily. The skin feels dry and develops small cracks or splits, especially after drying or gentle retraction of the foreskin. The pain improves after avoiding sexual activity for 2–3 days but recurs with sex or masturbation. I also experience burning/stinging during urination and when water touches the affected area after cleaning. A white coating forms under the foreskin but washes off with water. I m having mild foam in urine since many months now recently i notices the foam is like flakes type or sometimes thick but it just 3-4 cm patch single or 2 patches types so is it ckd?? i m taking less water since childhood i have a history of kidney stone and recently i m facing mild burning while urinating so plz guide me should i do urine acr now or should i first increase my water intake if yes then how much and then do the test?? i m so worried bcz i m just 26 my weight is 35 kg

I have a kidney stone at UVJ which is around 5.8mm will this stone pass on its own or do I need to follow more steps. Doctor has given urimax 0.4 there is no pain for now just a sharp pain sometimes during urine. Urine flow is normal and there is no other issues. Attaching my USG REPORT

Hello Doctor, I am a 28-year-old male. For the past 6 years, I have been experiencing persistent low libido, reduced spontaneous arousal, infrequent morning erections, and difficulty achieving and maintaining erections. Around the time these symptoms started, I had a minor accident during which I noticed a pop sensation and my erection went away within seconds. I had no pain, bruising, or visible deformity, and the initial ultrasound was reported as normal. I also have depression and am currently under the care of a psychiatrist. I have taken venlafaxine in the past and have recently restarted it as advised by my psychiatrist. These symptoms have significantly affected my quality of life. I would appreciate your opinion on whether further evaluation (such as hormone tests or a dynamic penile Doppler, if appropriate) is needed, or whether another cause is more likely.

My Micro tese has been done on 30 June. I am in a lot of pain . No sperm found . I have fsh 30 and bilateral small test ices . Normal y and ki filter syndrome. How long it will take to recover? Does it having any long term side effects or any problem. Do I need to keep in attack with Doctor for a long time.
