A vericocle surgery was done in 2023 and now from few days pain or burning sensation is there in the left side of scrotum .... And we are planing for baby but the penis is active for 2-3 minutes and the ejculation is not happen some time..... The report of USG hi also done And it's show Few pampiniform plexus veins measuring upto 2.4 mm noted in the left upper scrotum posteriorly however no reflux is seen on valsalva in standing/supine position (hemodynamically insignificant And I minimum hydrocele

I have vericocle surgery in 2023 and now I have minimal hydrocele and I have to do semen analysis test but I have taken so much pressure in my mind that my pensi does not active for to give sample also...pls suggest some good way so that pensi active so that I can given the semen sample

E coli Gram Negative bacteria found in semen culture test doctor has advised faropenem twice a day for 5 days and then followed nitrofurantoin for 30 days twice a day. Is this treatment ok

In lumbar mri a cyst was noted in kidney and CT scan was done basis recommended to evaluate the cyst noted. No symptoms noted. KFT blood report are normal and urine report are normal. Gi through the image of CT scan report and suggest next step.
