Kidney Problems

Hello Doctor, Suddenly on morning at first urine it holds few seconds and when flow came out there was sharp pain and blood few seconds there after urine came out. The blood was not too much and dark but were in droplets around 20-30. Then after whole day urine was normal but some itching. Next day it was all fine. The flow of urine was also normal and color was not dark. In my daily routine from last months due to some work pressure i didn't take much of water. Had liquor around 300 ml in last 20 days. Attach with routine urine test and culture. Found protein 42mg%. Please suggest, do need any medication or will go away by itself.

When my penis is not fully erect, it looks curved, and I am confused about whether I have penile curvature or not. Sometimes I feel a lump-like area, and it seems to bend toward the left side. I need help identifying what my problem is. I also experience urine dripping. Even after completing urination, it feels like the urine is not fully finished. I have to wait for about 10–15 seconds after urinating so that I don’t feel the urge to pass urine again. I also have a problem with nightfall.

My symptoms are: > Lower Abdomen (Just below belly button) Pain/irritation/swelling/pressure > Frequent urge to urinate. Passing frequently but only small amount of urine. > Mild burning sensation/itching > Urine apperance is Cloudy/Dark urine My urine culture test reports shows Klebsiella species (MDR) ESBL and Pseudomonas aeruginosa (AmpC beta-lactamase positive) Colony count 1,00,000 for both. Tried some of the sensitivity medicines for 5-7 days including Meropenem (1mg for 7 days twice daily), But unfortunately those didn't worked. The next culture report also shows the same. USG revealed "Multple free floating echoes in the bladder lumen". All other test reports appear to be normal Suffering this for a very long time persistently. Haven't tried any antibiotic combination or supplements. Previously had to undergo catheterization for 3-4 days in connection with hiatus hernia surgery. This is the first time having an UTI. Kindly advice me a correct treatment plan.

I am having Supra public pain from last one week. Undergone ultrasound. It is normal. Urine report ok but awaiting urine culture report. Hernia was ruled out by physician I am still having pain. On Urispas and nitrofurantoin 100 mg twice daily. Started today. Pain is bothersome. Please suggest

I am getting dehydrated very frequently. To the limits where I start getting dizzy. This has been happening for 3-4 months. It is still happening in the winter months as well. Does this relate to any kidney related issues. Do I need to get a consultation for the same.?

I feel irritation after urinating and within 5-10 mins I feel like urge of urinating again..also, I feel pain in my lower abdomen and feel I need to poop...it's happening since 15 years...many tests done but nothing found...

Due to elevated uric acid and swelling in foot/ abdominal pain did USG per physician advice. Impression: Right kidney-Tiny calculus 3.3mm in lower calyx Left kidney-Microlith measuring 2.8mm in mid calyx Mild prostatomegaly ( 26cc ) Hepatomegaly with grade 2 fatty changes. Are these observations significant or normal age related. Taking Febuxostat 40 for hyperuricemia. Kindly suggest.

Hi sir Good morning My husband age 32 , 3 days back he has seen a hard  lump inside under the testacles, he has no pain, no any other symptoms. Please help us is there any medical emergency?? We are so tense Plz guide us.. Thankyou in advaance

There is Lumps in semen and colour is brownish yellow. If I do not release within 3-4 days I feel tired. After ejaculation feel fresh for next 2-3 days. I did semen cultural and infection detected Klebsiella pneumoniae. Please tell how long it will take to complete cure and normal semen can be seen.
