Kidney Problems

Hello Doctor, Currently I am facing the problem of Erectile dysfunction from the past 2-3 months. I am not able to achieve the required hardness for intercourse. I do not have any other health issues like diabetes and blood pressure and have an active lifestyle. I do not take any medications. How can I overcome this problem. Please help.

Sir/Mam, yesterday i had a fever then i noticed whenever i go to the bathroom for urination. The urine is discharged at a low speed then i would feel burning sensation while peeing. Please suggest me if i should see a doctor. Or its a normal symptom

Hello Dr, 2018: Chest TB, completed Rx. Since 2022: Urine burning, yellow urine, L lower back pain. Tests done: Multiple urine R/E - mostly nl. Multiple urine C/S - bacteria +; took Abx as per sensitivity. Organisms kept changing labeled recurrent UTI. After-8-10 C/S + Abx, C/S became nl but symptoms persist. Next step: Prostate massage post-massage urine C/S +. Took Abx again, but burning persists. USG: Mild prostate enlargement. Also had significant muscle wt loss since symptoms started. Due to past TB, one Dr advised to rule out urinary ТВ. Qs: Could this be GU TB? What are the chances of that it can be TB? Which Hospital can I do tests for free with high accuracy in mumbai for free? hinduja Hospital?for free and high accuracy Which exact tests to confirm/rule out? Urine/semen / any other sample? My uric acid shows 0.84 mg/dL which is unusually low. What are common causes? Although I'm aware that drinking lot of water(which I do) causes low uric acid, but 0.84 seems abnormally low.

It burns really bad, frequent urges to pee, no other symptoms. Has been happening for 2-3days, really bad burning today, I get relief when I am peeing.

I am a 25 year old male and i am able to get erection but maintaining it for long is difficult for example while wearing condom i loose erection or while masturbating if i stop stimulating it i loose erection very quickly i need to keep stroking it. I consulted a doctor who suggested me tadlafil 5 mg and when i take tadlafil 5 mg everything works fine but i am scared that i have to keep taking it every time before sex and all my medical reports are fine . Idk what to do ( my urologist also suggested to keep taking tadlafil 5 mg continuously for 2 weeks even though i don't have sex) is taking tadlafil continously is advisable? Extreme pain in the right lower  side of stomach and it goes behind the back.I done today test but he said that you have 8 mm stone found in the ureter. I want to go only through the medicine.Is it any possible chances it pass out. Please suggest I am too much worried about If I not surgery what it will happen.
