I am a 32-year-old male with bilateral Grade-3 varicocele confirmed by Doppler ultrasound. I have left testicular pain and my recent semen analysis showed low sperm motility (actively motile sperm around 10%) and sperm count and morphology are normal. Can Ayurveda or Homeopathy effectively treat/reverse Grade-3 varicocele and improve sperm motility, or should I proceed with microsurgical varicocelectomy? Which option is likely to give the best long-term results? Thank you.

I have these Vibration/Spasm/Buzzing type feeling on my right scrotum and in my Perineum region. There is no Pain and Hurting there. It's wave like, like a pulsating wave, in 1 or 2 second intervals. Before all this, I had pain in my right leg, due to sitting on the floor in an awkward manner. But this morning, that pain in the Legs was gone and I got this Vibration/Spasm/Buzzing sensation. I am hyper focused on it. Please Help !

After Grade IV circumferential hemorrhoidal prolapse. Underwent Examination Under Anesthesia (EUA) and open Hemorrhoidectomy (excision at 4, 7, 9, 11 o'clock positions + polyp excision) under spinal anesthesia Every time when my father urge to urine at the same time stool want to pass.but nothing can pass.after that taking sitz bath for sometime when a small piece of stool passed then urine can pass normally.it seems that a lot of stool there which does not allow to pass urine normally. As per doctor it may concomitant prostate problem and he provided Tab Urispas 200 thrice a day and Urimax D cap once a day but after taking urispus he is feeling pain in stomach

My wife zainab malik last period date is 5th March 2026 She is having pain in back We went for sonography after prescribed by doctor It's 4.9 mm kidney stones Please check the report and confirm should we go with kidney stones treatment or should we wait for delivery only no need for any another treatment Pain is still there nearby back My wife drinks 9 glass of water She is around 6 month pregnant. Is there any precautions she need to take like avoid spinach, tomato , milk items etc? I'm diabetic since 7 years & hypertensive since 3 years.Both of them are under well control.Recently noticing bubbly urine which often lessens or disappears by drinking more water.Test reports of urine acr,serum creatinine,blood urea & potassium done 6 months ago came absolutely fine & normal.Test report of USG (kub) done 1 year ago also came fine & normal.Also,no swelling in any part of the body. Experienced the same condition a year ago but the test reports of urine acr,24 hrs urinary protein,serum creatinine,blood urea & potassium done at that time also came absolutely normal & a nephrologist confirmed that this is not due to proteinuria.Still taking telmisartan 40 mg for bp since many months.Also have stage 2 NAFLD.What might be the reason of such bubbly urine ?
