One week back I have fever with chills and tremendous pain in my genial area..my doctor prescribed me alkasol syrup , tab farosofter tab nerviful cd 3. Now there is no pain or fever but now I am experiencing hard continuous iching in my genial area for last three days all the time even I woke up in sleep due to iching. I am newly married  is this the reason???Kindly look into the matter

My father psa was 9.28 on 3 june , then on 17 june 12.56 then mri showed pirads4 nodule 18*11mm size in peripheral zone  then trus biopsy on 24 june and then ihc showed chronic prostratis and low grade pin and on  6sept after 3 months his  psa was 12 and free psa 0.9 .What should be done now?

Hi All. my query is does taking supplements like NAC or Herbal Medicines (Arjuna etc.) or Whey Protein etc affects STD panel testing like HIV 1/2, TPHA, VDRL, HCV, HbsAg, HSV,  Gonnorhea, Chlamydia Urine pcr. I am taking them as a preventive health checkup and last sexual exposure was 6 months ago.

From last 4 days continuous sharp pain testicle as a nerve pain if touch as it is not giving trouble but need to know

Since mid May I am experiencing sensation and sometimes pain around clitoral area leading me to frequent urination, sometimes the amount of urine would be less and sometimes more but frequency increased. After around a month or so some days it was normal somedays too much frequent urination and sometimes increased sensation there too. On recommendation I got urine routine and culture along with whole abdomen ultrasound and pre/ post void urine volume. All reports were normal so I was given just supplements. But the problem still persists more or less, at night when sleeping on sides then definitely it happens. So I'm scared if something is wrong and I dont know. I have high health anxiety issue as well. Gynaecologist on examining also said nothing is wrong. But back then I would also sometimes experience king of a nerve pull from that area till the naval area. What should I do?

Suffering from right testicular side pain from 45 days. Shown to urologist. USG Abdomen and Scrotum done. Reports of Abdomen are normal & scrotum report shows Varicocele Grade-V of left side & Grade-I right side. Urologist told everything is normal and gave me nerve related tablet for 10 days. But still pain is there continuously on right side. Pls suggest me.
