Hey i had varicocele grade 1 in 2021 and since the i had no such pains or nothing. But later i found i dont have any morning wood and the erection also got effect and it is not strong like it used to be. I can see the difference in size and girth. I have visited the urologist yesterday and he done physical examination and he didn't found any varicocele and shape changes in testis and it was symmetrical. He asked to take testosterone test and asked me to see him again after 15 days. He gave me this tablet for 15 days named Revel 100 mg Capsule — Mucuna pruriens extract . I worried right now and i didnt got the correct answer. Should i consult once more. Age : 25 Weight : 100kg Height : 160 cm. Please give me correct answer for the query

Hello Doctor, Medical History: ​Confirmed UTI via urine test. Abdominal & scrotal ultrasound was normal. ​Completed a 10-day course of Cefixime 200mg, Flavoxate 200mg, and Serratiopeptidase. Symptoms almost cleared completely.About 15 days ago ​After finishing treatment, I had  masturbation/ejaculation once over 4-5 days, and the pain/discomfort has returned. ​I am currently in a remote college hostel  location with no doctor nearby. My father had enlarged prostate and had recurrent UTI. He underwent TURP surgery 2 months ago. Since then, he has been experiencing recurrent low-grade fever (around 99°F). Hey! I am unsure whether I have phimosis or not. I am able to retract the skin to a certain extent but not easily and completely. Who to consult to have a proper diagnosis? And is it solvable without surgery?
