Hello i having this erection problem like i am not able to get erection without watching something like porn. And erection is only lasting for few seconds and it becomes soft. I had varicocele grade 1 in 2021 and i saw a urologist again last week he checked through physical examination and didn't find anything like in varicocele. He gave me a tablet called Revel 100 mg, containing Mucuna pruriens extract 100 mg for 15 days and he asked to take testosterone test also. I am worried right now because of this issue. Age : 25 Weight : 100kg Height : 160 cm. I am in obese state. Is obesity causing these issue? . If i loose weight will this issue will be resolved. How can have a good erection and strong. Symptoms i have: Gained more weight. Taking time to build muscle eventhough going to gym. How to solve these issue.

I have these Vibration/Spasm/Buzzing type feeling on my right scrotum and in my Perineum region. There is no Pain and Hurting there. It's wave like, like a pulsating wave, in 1 or 2 second intervals. Before all this, I had pain in my right leg, due to sitting on the floor in an awkward manner. But this morning, that pain in the Legs was gone and I got this Vibration/Spasm/Buzzing sensation. After Grade IV circumferential hemorrhoidal prolapse. Underwent Examination Under Anesthesia (EUA) and open Hemorrhoidectomy (excision at 4, 7, 9, 11 o'clock positions + polyp excision) under spinal anesthesia Every time when my father urge to urine at the same time stool want to pass.but nothing can pass.after that taking sitz bath for sometime when a small piece of stool passed then urine can pass normally.it seems that a lot of stool there which does not allow to pass urine normally.
