I follow everything told by doctor still my muscles aren't relaxing. I had undergone kshar sutra & fissure tissue removal surgery 4 months ago. I had been following everything. Still my muscles & spinchter aren't relaxing. & causing incomplete evacuation & cramps. I've undergone almost 4 anal surgeries. I'm still suffering. My body has become weak & lost lot of weight coz of those painful procedures. I really can't undergo another surgery for same. I have other probs & surgeries too.I have no bleeding or discharge.No much pain too. I recently discovered that I had this habbit of half bending/ half squatting while peeing more like bending a little & standing. Since 7 years I have never sat down to pee. I was avoiding UTI & did that. Could that have caused muscle disorientation & tension leading to chronic pain? If yes please guide how to relax again like it used to be 7 years ago. Please🙏 😭

I have burning and mild pain in my penis while urinating and even after urination. I also feel a strong urge to urinate frequently, and sometimes it feels like urine may leak. My urine stream is normal

I am a 32-year-old male with bilateral Grade-3 varicocele confirmed by Doppler ultrasound. I have left testicular pain and my recent semen analysis showed low sperm motility (actively motile sperm around 10%) and sperm count and morphology are normal. Can Ayurveda or Homeopathy effectively treat/reverse Grade-3 varicocele and improve sperm motility, or should I proceed with microsurgical varicocelectomy? GLOMERULAR FILTRATION RATE (eGFR) CALCULATE :113 mL/min/1.73 m2

60-year-old female with recurrent abnormal urine routine tests (2–3 episodes) despite urine cultures not showing bacterial growth. Current urine routine: * Pus cells >120 WBC/HPF (normal 0–5) * Leukocyte esterase 3+ * RBC 10–13/HPF * Blood 2+ * Nitrite negative * No crystals/casts * No burning or other significant urinary symptoms Previous urine test also showed 25–30 pus cells/WBC per HPF. Current urine culture interim report shows no organism isolated so far, and similar culture-negative episodes have happened previously. What could cause recurrent high pus cells/pyuria with negative urine cultures, and which specialist should we consult? Should this be investigated further before giving repeated antibiotics?

I'm diabetic since 7 years & hypertensive since 3 years.Both of them are under well control.Recently noticing bubbly urine which often lessens or disappears by drinking more water.Test reports of urine acr,serum creatinine,blood urea & potassium done 6 months ago came absolutely fine & normal.Test report of USG (kub) done 1 year ago also came fine & normal.Also,no swelling in any part of the body. Experienced the same condition a year ago but the test reports of urine acr,24 hrs urinary protein,serum creatinine,blood urea & potassium done at that time also came absolutely normal & a nephrologist confirmed that this is not due to proteinuria.Still taking telmisartan 40 mg for bp since many months.Also have stage 2 NAFLD.What might be the reason of such bubbly urine ?
