Trying to conceive with my wife
I recently had a semen analysis showing a sperm concentration of 45 million/mL, progressive motility of 25%, and normal morphology of 1%. I would appreciate your advice on what these results mean and guidance on the next steps. What could be the possible reasons and solution

A sperm concentration of 45 million per mL and normal morphology are both healthy. Progressive motility of 25% is a little below the usual threshold of around 32%, which can lower the chances of natural conception but doesn't rule it out. This pattern is common and often improves with some lifestyle changes.
Next Steps
Cut smoking, alcohol and heat exposure (tight underwear, laptops on the lap, hot tubs), and give it 3 months since sperm takes that long to regenerate. A repeat semen analysis after that will show if motility has moved. Keep trying naturally during your wife's fertile window meanwhile.
Health Tips
If conception doesn't happen within 6 months, see a fertility specialist together so your wife can be evaluated too, not just the sperm report alone.
