Hello dr,my child is of 9 years old had surgical circumcision dr given him rapid absorbable sutures... it's been 3-4 months post circumcision ...Their are some granules like sturcture still present these are not increasing in size but not looking good and when the cloth touching to this granules the child is having little pain we r worrying I'm attaching images kindly have a look and help me out ...

Recently I had pain in my testicles and back so got sonography done and was diagnosed with 29cc enlargement of prostate and cystitis. My doctor told me to rest and drink plenty of fluids and not to strain. I also have high 230 tryglycrides and vit de and b12 deficiency which I am taking supplements for. I again feel this weird pressure in my bladder area and random pain in the chords attached to my testies coupled with erection issues..this is what happened last time as well but when I rested and did nothing for a couple of weeks it got better...I have noticed when I ride my motorcycle for long periods something like this happens...is there any connection...i also have difficulty emptying the bladder . Urine culture and blood tests came out clean twice. Streching sometimes helps but why the random pain and pressure in bladder area and testis. Anything related to posture or arched feet?

My name is Ajay, and I am 24 years old. I developed a kidney stone three years ago; last year, the stone became lodged in the upper ureter, so I underwent PCNL surgery. The stone measured 15mm, and I have had a stone analysis test done. I used to consume a lot of salt, and I suspect that salt intake was the cause of the stone problem. Hello Doctor, I have attached the ultrasound report. It shows a 6 mm stone in the lower left ureter, close to the VUJ, with moderate hydroureteronephrosis. He sometimes has very severe pain, followed by vomiting, and at times he vomits even after eating anything. He also sometimes has difficulty passing urine. Could you please advise: 1. Does this level of blockage require urgent treatment? 2. Should we do RFT/KFT, urine routine/CUE, urine culture and CBC now? 3. Can we wait for the 6 mm stone to pass naturally, or would you recommend laser/ureteroscopy? 4. If medicines are appropriate to help the stone pass, what should he take and for how long? 5. Does the moderate hydroureteronephrosis need any immediate treatment or monitoring? Please advise what the next step should be.

I had chronic fissure & bleeding for 6 years . So I underwent kshara sutra thinking it's less painful. But the thread changing sessions went on for 2 months & even after that there was lot of pain & didn't seem like it was healing. So I underwent another fissure tissue removal surgery 4 months ago. I had followed everything doc had told. I was getting better. But I have had pain & can't manage a day without 2 sitz bath. There's no bleeding or pus. But pain.I really have no energy to undergo another surgery.This is my 5th surgery & I have other health probs too. I am a 29-year-old woman with recurrent culture-proven UTIs since 2021, initially mostly E. coli ( 6months gap). Post IBS in 2024 proteus and latest Enterobacter cloacae were detected and gaps reduced to 3 months. After antibiotics dosage completion  burning urination returned after 2-3days . These episodes were culture negative with epithelial cells >15/hpf. Most recently, culture showed E. coli >100,000 CFU/mL. Tamsulosin 0.4 mg and microlift b6 significantly reduces discomfort . USG, PVR, uroflowmetry, MCU and DMSA are all normal. One urologist suggested UDS, while another felt my dysuria was because of somatization and advised against UDS. Why do I keep getting different bacterial UTIs despite reassuring tests, and why does dysuria increased post ibs? Could altered vaginal flora, urethral sensitisation or another factor explain this? Also is there any possibility to get -ve culture even if any bacteria present are dorment/biofilm? I did take cranberry supplements as well.
