Regarding penise problem
My 3-year-old son has a small part of the foreskin attached to the glans on one side, approximately 25% of the area. The small line-like structure I mentioned is also present exactly in that attached area. He has no pain or discomfort and passes urine normally. Could this be normal or any evaluation needed? What exactly could this line-like structure be? Does it require any treatment, or could you please Tell me the name of this condition ... I ve attached the photo
