Kidney Problems

Hello Doctor, I have attached the ultrasound report. It shows a 6 mm stone in the lower left ureter, close to the VUJ, with moderate hydroureteronephrosis. He sometimes has very severe pain, followed by vomiting, and at times he vomits even after eating anything. He also sometimes has difficulty passing urine. Could you please advise: Does this level of blockage require urgent treatment? Should we do RFT/KFT, urine routine/CUE, urine culture and CBC now? Can we wait for the 6 mm stone to pass naturally, or would you recommend laser/ureteroscopy? If medicines are appropriate to help the stone pass, what should he take and for how long? Does the moderate hydroureteronephrosis need any immediate treatment or monitoring? Please advise what the next step should be. I'm attaching reports

I am having discomfort while urination. And it is happening from 5 - 6 days now . At first my urination was slow and i was felling like i couldn't finish all at once but after drinking a good amount of water that feeling of not completing my urination all at once is now gone but Now while urination i am still feeling some discomfort but not any pain . And i am also having bloating. Please help me with this.

My son's testicular pain from 2 days. No swelling and no urine problem. Do I need to do any test?? Pediatrics prescribed zerodol sp and cefodoxime. Is it ok. After taking 2 days medicine pain not reducing.

Feeling pain on right side of my lower back when ever i feel urination. This pain occur in both standing and sitting positions.I do urination very frequently. My question is what is the cause of my situation then.. Doctor told may be muscles are week.. And gave some medicines which i already mentioned..

I had unprotected sexual intercourse once. Around 2–3 months later, I developed balanitis. At that time, the entire penis became very red, the skin started peeling/sloughing, and there was also pus/discharge. I got my uretor stone removal by URSL followed by DJ stent. It was done approx 1.5month ago. I am expericing flnak pain stabbing type at a single point. Dr told me that some patient experiance this type of pain after procedure and it will go over time. But i am still experiancing this.
