Kidney Problems

62 years old male facing issue of poor urine flow due weak bladder,managing symptoms with urotone tablet since last two years.want to know if any other medicines or procedure available for long term management of this problem.

Recently I had urine infection which lasted for 1 week and had urine tested and used medicines referred by doctor. Pain and burning sensation came down but slight pain started in groin area till testicles, pain rating 3/10 feeling uncomfortable while peeing. There are no bulge or anything unusual in the area. Please suggest me on this.

Hi Dr...My son is 4 years old and his urine frequency is always high....and maybe because of the frequency, his urine is not that yellow .....he drinks a lot of  water.....no other symptoms ..is this normal

Hi , I have feeling like something is leaking from my penis top but Nthg comes out..this problem first occurred me 4 years ago . At that time I consulted many doctors did many tests . all doctors said nothing is dr it's physiological one like that and it went after some days..but again from last year it's coming like on and off and now from past 2 weeks I have that feeling..I don't have any burn or pain during urination FYI and no allergic to anything.why am facing this feeling and it's irritating a lot and cannot concentrate on anything. Doctor, I have had a dull heaviness and mild swelling behind my left testicle, mostly at the bottom/back. The swelling improves when I lie down and sometimes feels a little better with a supporter, but it does not completely go away. It can worsen with standing or tight clothing. My ultrasound and urine tests were normal, and I do not have pain, redness, or fever. I’m concerned because the heaviness and swelling have persisted for some time.”

The attached are my father's MRI report. He is 74yrs old with a PSA of 8.5. His Uroflometry results came normal as well as urine  routine. On DRE, doctor felt a nodule for which he suggested MRI. Kindly suggest what is the possibility of it being cancerous and what are the next steps.
