I am 41 year old 6 ft wt 78 kg lean built working in a bank with sedantary lifestyle having hashimato thyroiditis diagnose from last 5 year  also have high triglycerides facing erectile dysfunction ,fatigue,lack of muscles strength  and lack of energy from so many years tried various thing but couldn't get results currently taking eltroxin 125. Suggest some treatment

Actually I wanted to take circumcision surgery but I don't know the difference between partial circumcision and normal circumcision also im working professional so I can't have leave more than 2 days how can I manage after the surgery is it possible to do my work in normal way after circumcision

Best treatment for infection of ecoli found in semen culture test. Bactrim or levofloxacin which is better and safer for this infection

Two months ago I observed black dots coming out of my urine, I did a USG , it was normal, but I was diagnosed with E .Coli UTI in the Urine culture test , took antibiotics, again two weeks back again I observed black dots in urine, again I did a USG , nothing found, took medicine, got resolved, please suggest how i can get fully cured and stop the infection from recurrence.

I am facing Pain and burning post Urine now for a very long time (6 months). It goes off on its own and comes back after some time. Did multiple USG, Urine R/E, Culture, PSA all clear. Facing a mild pain pelvic region as well. Does it point towards CPPS? Took Doctors advice and completed the Antibiotics course 2 times as well.

In 2018 I used atomoxetine 100mg very well for my adhd I didn't have any side effects then. 3 years back I had recurring urine bacterial infection,later urologist did prostate massage and collected urine sample after that I never had urine bacterial infection, but ultrasound shows mild prostate enlargement,I don't have problem in urine starting or any other symptoms,I only symptom I have now urine burning sensation If I take atomoxetine even at lowest dosages 20mg it causes urine retention,why?can someone please explain why I need to use atomoxetine for my ADHD I have two questions and looking for multiple options 1.due I have now urine retention caused by atomoxetine due to mild enlargement prostate or recurring urine bacterial infection damaged any bladder or urethra? Or something else? 2.which medicine will help most? How atomoxetine works : atomoxetine increases norephinephrie and urine retention is known side effects and rare side effects

I have vericocle Surgery in 2023 and at that also there was minimal hydrocele in the ultrasound and now from few days I have pain after that ultrasound was done and have a Few prominent pampiniform plexus veins measuring upto 2.4 mm noted in the left upper scrotum posteriorly however no reflux is seen on valsalva in standing/supine position (hemodynamically insignificant) and minimal hydrocele..... Than doctor told me to do semen analysis but the thing is that I am unable to erect my penis after listening lab name and I have try two times in lab also and no lab is near to home and I have try for baby planing also but my wife was not pregnant still ...... I have strees in my mind also ..... Plz suggest me some good thing so that the semen analysis test can be done than I will definitely contact the same for further process of my case..... Is I have again vericocle from my current USG or not and the minimal hydrocele is still there what to do I have pain also...Currently report attached

Hello doctors , I was sufeering with uti 3 weeks before took niftas 100mg but doesn't work,urine culture says fosfomycin is sensitive my doctor prescribed it..but I forgot to ask how many sachets to use.. I have taken 1 sachet yesterday is that enough Attaching my culture report Please advise Last year same ecoli bacteria found but niftas have worked..

I am male 34. Since age 14 I have a problem of frequent urination. I cannot even control f ew drops of urine. I get strong feeling of urine like there is lot of urine to be released. However I do not wet the bed , nor I wake up at night for urine. This feeling makes me feel like I have lots of urine to do but actually very little urine comes out. In a day I go atleast 20 times to urinate. 5 years back I went to urologist in AIIMS DELHI. He asked me to do test like UTI, ULTRASOUND, URINE FLOWMETRY ,etc and also a test a pipe was inserted deep in my penis. But all test came positive. No problem found. so I became hopeless and stopped visiting. I want to go to urologist again and the problem is urologist will again provide a list of test. Can anyone tell what is the problem I am facing and any solution to it. Also the age this problem started , I had also started masturbating.could there be a link. I never leak urine but the feeling is so strong. help me.
