Hello dr,my child is of 9 years old had surgical circumcision before 4 months still there are some granular structures present  and still they are not flattened... These are not increasing in size but not looking good and sometimes the child feeling pain when the cloth touching to these structures Kindly let me know How much time will it take to flatten these structures am attaching the images kindly have a look thank u...
