How long does the prostatitis take to go away completely. I completed the levofloxacin 500mg  course for 3 weeks and alfoo 10 . Symptoms are reduced a lot but it still feels like it hasn't gone away completely. Even ejaculation is not much pleasurable anymore. Even small amounts of alcohol irritate the gland for hours. Is there any conclusive resort to this?

Sir My brother age is 30 years old, unmarried now he is facing white discharge from the penis while urination and after urination!!sometimes Pain or swelling in the testicles day by day he is getting thin and he has constipation !!! Sir/Mam, yesterday i had a fever then i noticed whenever i go to the bathroom for urination. The urine is discharged at a low speed then i would feel burning sensation while peeing. Please suggest me if i should see a doctor. Or its a normal symptom

Hello Dr, 2018: Chest TB, completed Rx. Since 2022: Urine burning, yellow urine, L lower back pain. Tests done: Multiple urine R/E - mostly nl. Multiple urine C/S - bacteria +; took Abx as per sensitivity. Organisms kept changing labeled recurrent UTI. After-8-10 C/S + Abx, C/S became nl but symptoms persist. Next step: Prostate massage post-massage urine C/S +. Took Abx again, but burning persists. USG: Mild prostate enlargement. Also had significant muscle wt loss since symptoms started. Due to past TB, one Dr advised to rule out urinary ТВ. Qs: Could this be GU TB? What are the chances of that it can be TB? Which Hospital can I do tests for free with high accuracy in mumbai for free? hinduja Hospital?for free and high accuracy Which exact tests to confirm/rule out? Urine/semen / any other sample?
