Trying for a baby,done semen analysis and it shows high pus cells.please share your comments.i have burning urine sensation too

Not able to control urine and my age is 30 and i am not pregnant and unmarried.urge to go for urine within 5mn so doctor asked me to do such report.kindly suggest everything is ok or not

Feeling lower abdomen pain, feel the need to pee, light chills and feverish feeling but no fever. Is it UTI. Attached report.

I am a 29-year-old woman with recurrent culture-proven UTIs since 2021, initially mostly E. coli ( 6months gap). Post IBS in 2024 proteus and latest Enterobacter cloacae were detected and gaps reduced to 3 months. After antibiotics dosage completion  burning urination returned after 2-3days . These episodes were culture negative with epithelial cells >15/hpf. Most recently, culture showed E. coli >100,000 CFU/mL. Tamsulosin 0.4 mg and microlift b6 significantly reduces discomfort . USG, PVR, uroflowmetry, MCU and DMSA are all normal. One urologist suggested UDS, while another felt my dysuria was because of somatization and advised against UDS. Why do I keep getting different bacterial UTIs despite reassuring tests, and why does dysuria increased post ibs? Could altered vaginal flora, urethral sensitisation or another factor explain this? Also is there any possibility to get -ve culture even if any bacteria present are dorment/biofilm? I did take cranberry supplements as well.

60-year-old female with recurrent abnormal urine routine tests (2–3 episodes) despite urine cultures not showing bacterial growth. Current urine routine: * Pus cells >120 WBC/HPF (normal 0–5) * Leukocyte esterase 3+ * RBC 10–13/HPF * Blood 2+ * Nitrite negative * No crystals/casts * No burning or other significant urinary symptoms Previous urine test also showed 25–30 pus cells/WBC per HPF. Current urine culture interim report shows no organism isolated so far, and similar culture-negative episodes have happened previously. What could cause recurrent high pus cells/pyuria with negative urine cultures, and which specialist should we consult? Should this be investigated further before giving repeated antibiotics?

Urine analysis says 57.60/hpf and culture report says no significant bacteria . We would like to know if it's an urine infection or related to gynaecology problem

I’ve been experiencing itching and pain around my private area for the past 2 days. I also feel a burning and irritating sensation when I urinate, which has been quite uncomfortable.

After cancerous prostate removal I have lost urine control while walking. I am using a diaper. Now -  4 days ago, after some vigorous breathing exercises I developed severe lower back pain. Am taking pain killers and using a heating pad and belt support. I have lost the urination sensation when passing urine. The sensation has returned only a little. Please advise.

How many days we need to wait to have sex/mastribute after rirs and stent removal is it safe or wait for one month followup scan
