Kidney Problems

Hello Doctor, I am taking tamsulosin hydrochloride + deflazacort capsules and cefuroxime axetil for my kidney/ureteric stones. Since starting these medicines, I am experiencing pain and a burning sensation while passing urine. My CT shows a 7×5 mm stone at the left UVJ causing mild hydroureteronephrosis, along with 3 stones in the right kidney and a small 1×1 mm stone in the left kidney. My urine report also shows mucus 81.8/hpf and bacteria 23.8/hpf, with trace blood, while WBC is 4.9/hpf and nitrite is negative. Could the burning and pain be due to the UVJ stone, the medicines, or a urinary infection? Should I get a urine culture done? Please advise. And pls go through with my attached report.

I'm 25y old 47kg weight thin body person. Daily 2.5litre-3litre water intake. 10-12times frequently urination in 2hr-3hr gap every time 200ml or 200ml plus void volume with smell in it and colour halka yellow or green sometimes few drop leak and no burning sensation at urinating time.05/05/26 Urine RM normal no microorganisms pus cells normal cbc normal kft normal ultrasound kub normal just internal echoes write on bladder part bladder thickness 0.26cm that time. My mistake im taking niftas for 10days 1-0-1 sensitive on my culture report (is report me likha tha pus cells are low may be contaminated or overgrown go with symptoms). After antibiotics course 4days later new urine RM also Normal and culture shows no growth. But i have symptoms of 10-12times till now, is it uti or asymptomatic bacteuria or overactive bladder.

I had uti 20 days ago n the doctor prescribed antibiotics and I healed but from two days i have got one slightly big clot in the urine and then tiny bloo streaks I had also lifted heavy planters n buckets of water and I am in my mid menstrual cycle so I know it's from the urine only coz of the recent uti plz help which tests I have to undergo to diagnose my issue

Mere testosterone test report mei 5 times kam hai normal range se baaki report's thik hai. Morning erection bhi nahi hai.

I have diabetes but sugar level is managed and HBA1C is 5.6 now, but still I get frequent urination and rashes on penis head and yeast infection frequently and feelings uncomfortable on penis. Have gone every test but all ok, but still I am feeling discomfort and rashes on skin.. Please guide me

I have been taking venlafaxine 75 mg for around 6 years for depression. Over the years, I have gradually experienced reduced sexual desire, arousal and erection quality. Initially, normal sexual content could stimulate me, but gradually I needed stronger stimulation to feel excited or achieve an erection. Recently, even extreme sexual content does not produce much excitement or erection. I can sometimes achieve an erection and orgasm with intense stimulation. I previously had a penile ultrasound and physical examination, and both were normal; the andrologist did not suspect a vascular problem. I also stopped venlafaxine for 90 days under medical supervision, but my sexual function did not improve, while my depression returned.
