Kidney Problems

Hello doctor, I got burning sensation on perineum running from anus to genital when I get erection and also some kind of swelling happens right there under it when erection happens. Also legs get tight and I had that burning sensation, no problem urinating.  Little scratch around one side my anus at first for months now it turned into a small pimple thing  Also I get little spark type feeling on my genital. I still can't identify I am healthy how I got this. It's been 4-5 months facing this.

I have used serticonazole ointment it have gone and agian repeating what tablet I can use for total curing of itand i have already consulted urologist just it is an fungal infection he had concluded what else treatment to cure those infection

I am having a tight foreskin i am able to pull it down and up but I will have to use my two hands to stretch and pull it up basically it's not free moving upwards and downwards I will have to stretch and force a little to bring it down. What is the solution for this ?

Hi doctors, I have not been getting morning erections for the last 3 years. This started after I had recurring urine bacterial infections. I visited a government hospital urologist, and they told me they will do a test and asked me to bring headphones. I am confused about this requirement. I do not have headphones or earphones currently and headphones are expensive for me. My questions are: Do I need to buy headphones only, since headphones are more expensive, or will normal earphones also work? Will wireless earphones/Bluetooth earbuds work for the test?

Hello dr,a child is of 9 year old had circumcision before 5-6 days ,dressing removed on 6th day due to that he is having exposure to the air and suffering pain Can we use  tropical lignocaine spray if the pain is unbearable kindly help...
