What is the cost of an NPT (Nocturnal Penile Tumescence) test? Could anyone tell me the approximate cost of an NPT test in Mumbai?

Peeing very less amount throughout the day since last 4 days as I was following Navratri fast ( dairy items and fruits allowed ) I observed change in my urine routine it felt very less . I'm not having any symptoms as such but my weight is 170 kgs and I take metoprolol succinate 12.5 mg since last 5 years but my BP is very much normal no high BP detected

Facing frequent urination problem blood test , urine test , ultrasound , uroflowetery test , even prostate test all normal but still facing same issue can any doctor pls help me thank you

I am worried about these symptoms and would appreciate medical guidance on their possible causes and what I should do next to get back to normal sexual condition.

I am a diabetic patient. I am 40 years old. I am facing cuts and swelling of foreskin. I contacted the doctor and he suggested to apply kwitderm cream and Utimade-D capsules and MG-NEXT tablet daily twice. I am taking medicine from last 15 days but still I am facing the same problem. No improvement in my condition. Now the doctor is advising me for circumcision. Please suggest what to do.

In a day 20-25 times urges for urination and not everytime large amount of urine pass in a day 2000-2400 ml urine but multiple times my weight is 67 kg height 162 cm from past 2&3 years i am facing the problem From past 6-9 month i have chronic constipation no burning no other abnormality liver kidney function test normal urine test normal 2-3 times i have taken test no infection nothing just overactive bladder symtoms

My father in law has this swelling due to kidney issue and uric acid problem. His legs swell but this time there are a lot of blisters. Please can you advise whom should I consult or what this issue is.

My opening of forskin looks a bit red and burns when i touch it or the clothes touch it, the retraction has become difficult too. The micro tears are visible in the inner skin.

He got an ultrasound done with complaint of burning while passing urine only when he has to hold passing urine for a while..His PSA is normal at 0.6, Urine R/M report is also fully normal. Revered Urologists here 🙏🏻 is Echogenic nodule a cause of concern? Reports attached for kind reference 🙏🏻

1 month ago I had UTI and took antibiotic (Martifur) , my symptoms were totally gone after completing the course. But recently I'm experiencing mild symptoms.So tested urine just to check and its still showing E Coli positive. should I restart my antibiotic?
