Kidney Problems

During urine passing shape pain facing for past 2days... I already have kidney stones which are sizes below 5mm - 2

I had uti 20 days ago n the doctor prescribed antibiotics and I healed but from two days i have got one slightly big clot in the urine and then tiny bloo streaks I had also lifted heavy planters n buckets of water and I am in my mid menstrual cycle so I know it's from the urine only coz of the recent uti plz help which tests I have to undergo to diagnose my issue

Suffered from renal calculi in month of february. This month my Vitamin D and serum calcium levels came low. Also in February month my parathyroid levels were high. All other renal parameters wnl.

I have been taking venlafaxine 75 mg for around 6 years for depression. Over the years, I have gradually experienced reduced sexual desire, arousal and erection quality. Initially, normal sexual content could stimulate me, but gradually I needed stronger stimulation to feel excited or achieve an erection. Recently, even extreme sexual content does not produce much excitement or erection. I can sometimes achieve an erection and orgasm with intense stimulation. I previously had a penile ultrasound and physical examination, and both were normal; the andrologist did not suspect a vascular problem. I also stopped venlafaxine for 90 days under medical supervision, but my sexual function did not improve, while my depression returned.

I have diabetes but sugar level is managed and HBA1C is 5.6 now, but still I get frequent urination and rashes on penis head and yeast infection frequently and feelings uncomfortable on penis. Have gone every test but all ok, but still I am feeling discomfort and rashes on skin.. Please guide me

Mere testosterone test report mei 5 times kam hai normal range se baaki report's thik hai. Morning erection bhi nahi hai.

Is surgery required for kidney stone of 5-6 mm in both kidneys or the medication is enough to removal of these stone size from kidneys.
