Echogenic nodule in prostate

My father aged 74 has been diagnosed with Echogenic nodule in his prostate. His prostate size being 98 gm. He got an ultrasound done with complaint of burning while passing urine only when he has to hold passing urine for a while..His PSA is normal at 0.6, Urine R/M report is also fully normal. Revered Urologists here 🙏🏻 is Echogenic nodule a cause of concern?
