Is it enlarged prostate
My prostate weight is 27.9, I feel difficulty and burning during urination. Visited a urologist who prescribed some medicines. Is this prostate size normal? If not, can it shrink? What are the besr medicines? Please.

Your Prostate size is mildly enlarged. But prostate size is not a major criteria to start medication or not. Main factor is your symptoms and is that are because of prostate you will need medication. And if you are not having any symptoms and prostate is double of normal size , you may not need any medication. Medication that will help to shring useful in cases where prostate size will be more than 40-50 gms . You just need to trust expert and take their opinions. You don’t try to judge what’s needed or not, because it’s take years to learn what is needed in a condition and what’s not.
