Hello, Attached a CT scan report. Right kidney ~ 10.2 x 4.6 cm appears normal. Few (atleast 3) tiny concretions noted at all calyces of right kidney of average size ~1.5-2 mm. No evidence of hydronephrosis seen. Right ureter appears normal, no dilatation/calculus seen. No abnormal perinephric fat stranding / collections noted. Left kidney ~ 10.3 x 4 cm appears normal. A calculus of size 10.5 x 10.3 mm with a mean attenuation of ~1313 HU noted in mid pole calyx of left kidney. A tiny concretion of size ~2 mm noted in upper polar calyx. No evidence of hydronephrosis seen. Could you please suggest weather surgery is the option or some medicine will treat and remove stone?

It's been 20 days since my frenuloplasty and stapler circumcision happened. It happened on 14th May, it's been 20 days now. It is 3rd June today, but the stapler ring or you know, any clip hasn't fallen fallen out yet. But the healing, I think, looks good. Last week I had consulted my surgeon. He said that after four weeks from the surgery, which means by completion if 28 days, everything should be okay, but I'm a bit worried because it's been 20 days already and none of the stitches or the pins have fallen out.
