Hello Doctor, I am an 18-year-old male. My foreskin is too tight and does not pull back over the head of my penis easily, especially when erect. I believe I have phimosis. I am very uncomfortable visiting a clinic in person. Could you please advise if a prescription steroid cream like Betamethasone along with gentle stretching would help fix this? If so, how can I safely get a prescription online?.

This looks like phimosis. Gentle stretching may help, but avoid forcefully pulling the foreskin back. Consult online for proper evaluation and treatment options.

Consult a urologist in person for proper examination of your condition . You can consult me online over video call as I can’t suggest anything without making a diagnosis myself .
Tight foreskin depends on whether there is a phi notice and or a tight frenulum, treatment for both differs . Medical management is weak treatment at best .
