Hi doctor, I have a concern regarding my foreskin. It doesn’t retract easily, and I usually need to apply lubricant for it to pull back completely.
When I pull it back behind the glans, it feels quite tight, almost like a rubber band is sitting around the penis just behind the glans. It also feels like the skin is being held or slightly locked in that position.
I have never had sexual intercourse, so I’m not sure whether this is normal or if it could cause pain or difficulty during intercourse in the future.
I also notice that when the foreskin is in its normal position, I get a normal erection. However, when I pull the foreskin back partially, I still get an erection, but it doesn’t become fully erect. Is this normal?
If this needs treatment, can it be treated without surgery?.
