Kidney Problems

I had 14 mm stone in right ureter which was rirs 2 year ago. Since then i noticed then after just moderate water consumption before ultrasound right kdiney shows prominence of pelvicalcyal system. And after emtying blader there is just mild renal pelvis. Gfr is 100. Why my renal and calcyal system becomws prominwnt even by small amount of water before usg while left kidney remain normal. Is this sign of damage? Please reply !!

Hi,My father underwent prostate removal surgery (RARP) for prostate cancer on 18 May 2026. After the surgery, we did a PSA test today, and the result came back as 0.55 ng/mL. Does this mean that the prostate cancer has returned? What should be the next steps? I am very worried. Attached the report for your reference.

Hello Doctor, I have had persistent sexual function problems for the past 6 years, including difficulty getting and maintaining erections, reduced morning erections (about once a week), and reduced spontaneous arousal. Around the time my symptoms started, I had a minor accident. During an erection, I heard a "pop" sound followed by a sudden loss of erection. There was no pain, swelling, bruising, or deformity. A flaccid penile ultrasound was reported as normal. I also have depression and am currently taking Venlafaxine. I have consulted two urologists, and both felt my symptoms were mainly psychological. They did not recommend a dynamic penile Doppler, stating it would not change the treatment plan. My sexual function is still significantly different from before and is affecting my quality of life. Should I consult a urologist or a psychiatrist first? Would you recommend any further evaluation, including whether a dynamic penile Doppler is appropriate?

Sir/Mam, i think i am struggling with ED to some extent, i have been struggling with Sever Anxiety & Depressioon for 4 years now, shown to psychatrist, last 4 years of my life been really tough, maybe from last 1 year or so i have been. Having weaker errections, sometimes the errection is good but it doesnt last long. I have not engaged in any sexual activities in real life. Also i am very much porn addicted. Now this ED issue is making me streesed, i read somewhere too much porn addiction can also lead to some form of ED, i am not sure sir mam. Can my ED cure on its own if its from porn addiction & result of being in anxiety phase for long?
