Kidney Problems

He was complaining scrotum 10days before for continuous three days but very mild ..did scrotum USG and abdomen USG and urine and checked with urologist surgeon ...he said nothing is there in physical examination and test all are normal .just gave medicine for pain.its beeen one week no pain .but today he started complaining pain in scrotum ..why???

I was having difficulty in passing urine last Sunday. Took Cital-UTI syrup. Immediately thereafter started getting severed stomach pain and vomiting. Was admitted in hospital for a day and recovered. Doc told me to take Clear UTI for 5 days and Ecotas BV tablet for a month. Yesterday, again I was finding it difficult to pass urine and slight pain. Then I saw I was passing blood thru urine a couple of times , which stopped after sometime. Doc told me to take Clear UTI again. Got a sonography done of abdomen and pelvis. Reports are normal. I'm fine now and able to pass urine. But worried if it repeats. Please advise.

2 week before he saw blood in semen ( there is no pain or any other discomfort ). He consulted a doctor and doctor said it will be okay there is nothing serious. After few days he checked again and found rust colour semen ( still no other problems) and again after few days he found rust colour semen again. Is it dangerous?

My brother age is 30 years old, unmarried now he is facing white discharge from the penis while urination and after urination!!sometimes Pain or swelling in the testicles day by day he is getting thin and he has constipation !!! For that he has been taking laxit plus syrup for 5 years sir it would be better if you tell me the name of this disease after reading this symptoms!!!!!

I have got UTI frequently once or twice in the last four years. I had sonography in 2023 but there is nothing in the report. I am having IBS, FD and GERD due to which I need to take PPIs for years. I had urine culture two to three times. Once there was bacteria mentioned in the report. I had antibiotics several times. What to do ?

I need your opinion regarding my long-term urine problem. - Around 3 years back, I started having burning sensation while passing urine. - Initially, urine culture was positive, but bacteria kept changing after every antibiotic course. - Later, urine culture showed no bacteria, but symptoms continued (burning sensation). Then my doctor did prostate massage, and after that: - Post-massage urine culture came positive for bacteria. - I completed the full antibiotic course, but burning sensation did not fully go away. Recently: - Doctor again did prostate massage, but this time culture is negative. - Uroflowmetry - normal - USG before & after urine - normal - Doctor tried some medicines, but burning sensation still persists. Now I am thinking to ask my doctor for PCR urine test to detect bacteria. My questions to doctors: - Is PCR urine test useful in such cases? - I go to Government Hospital, will urologists prescribe urine PCR ,if I ask

Son  7yrs old complaining scrotum pain from dec 20. My mother has been experiencing frequent changes in urine color for some time. The urine is often dark yellow or whitish, and sometimes light yellow.
