Wanted to confirm about STI
I've done sexual contact for two times back in (Sept) 2024 and 2025 (Jan) with two different partners without protection, After some time I've noticed some changes in my penis like in the flaccid state it feels a bit firm, Sometimes the urinary tract also feels firm, Sometimes pain happens in the penis, While urinating I felt burning sensation (Maybe dehydration i think) but it vanished when I drank alot of water and For once I felt the urge of urinating but I couldn't urinate it happened just once. Also I can see a bit of curve in my penis, the curve was not present before and Many times when nightfall happened the erection I got in the morning was so painful why all these things happening with me is it normal?  or do I've to get tested if yes what are the tests I should done please let me. (All the things started happening from nov 2025 after i masterbated one day)
