Kidney Problems

Hi, I have been facing the issue with vaginal burning and itching since 28th Nov 2025. It happens anytime of the day, infact sometimes for the whole day, I have taken Syrup Citel 5 ml for 5 days twice, but the issue still exists. I performed my while body tests on 26th Nov along with Urine routine, where my reports had the following issues: Low WBC Low RBC Low Platelets Weak Immune System Fibroids Bilirubin The urine test was normal. Please advice what should I do in this case to get relief from the burning and itching.If there is any home remedy, please suggest that as well. Thanks in advance.

Hello Doctor, My son who is 5 year old since 15 days he is doing frequently urine in day time but not doing frequently pee in his school time as well as while sleeping his pediatrician suggest Tab Zifi and syrup disodium citrate but the same problem is yet remaining same..his foreskin is mildly access than normal so is it cause of this access foreskin on penis or any other reason please suggest also his urine report also found normal'. 31y/unmarried bilateral grade4 vericocele I have done 3 semen analysis in 3 weeks Semen Analysis – Summary 18-12-2025 (2ml, 12 mil/ml, PR 20%, morphology 2%) 26-12-2025 (3.7ml, 68 mil/ml, PR 37%, morphology 8%, leukocytes 2–4/HPF). 31-12-2025 (3.1ml, 32 mil/ml, PR ~19%, morphology 3%, high leukocytes 16-18) Pseudomonas aeruginosa 10,000 cfu in semen culture - is this high and reason for motility and morphology issue? 3 months back Pseudomonas aeruginosa 1000 cfu in urine.please tell infection or vericocele which is causing the problem. Is infection a problem in fertility?
