I've had a mild pain in Lower abdomen, A sensation to pee but I do not pee. Last night it felt like I had a pull in my testicles after playing football. I've had history of Balanitis, Tight foreskin. Also lower body issues like plantar fasciitis. The testicles pain goes away when I stretch my legs a little. But the lower abdominal pain is still there. Can my sleeping habits be an issue? I sleep on my stomach. Please let me know if I need to consult a doctor or I'm overthinking it?
