I FEEL LIKE URINATING ALL DAY FOR THE PAST 3 YRS AND ALSO I DON'T FEEL THE PRESSURE TO PEE IN MY PENIS, ONLY MY BLADDER FEELS LIKE IT'S REALLY FULL ONLY THEN I GO TO BATHROOM, WHY IS THIS HAPPENING ALSO I FEEL LIKE MY WHOLE BODY IS BURNING AND MY EARS ANS CHEEKS ARE FLUSHED BUT MY BODY TEMP IS BETWEEN 97-98 WHY IS THIS HAPPENING PLZZ TELL ME, also I don't have diabetes and thyroid Or anyother problem IS MY PROSTATE SIZE NORMAL??

I am 28 now but began masturbating at age 13  with high frequency and frequent ejaculation often clenched pelvic muscles strongly during masturbation,  from age 17 I started regular porn use. Over time I developed fear of ejaculating quickly and practiced edging for long durations, mainly with porn. In my early 20s I became  focused on ejaculation control. During a relationship I experienced performance anxiety and used viagra during intercourse but ejaculate very quickly. Gradually erections became less strong even with porn as i used mustard oil for warmth and uses o-grip to get real sex feeling and fear of ED comes. past 2–3 years  noticed reduced libido, fewer random erections. Morning erections normal but fades as i get out of bed   . Erections fluctuate with attention and stress. Currently erections are possible but inconsistent, libido feels 0 zero. if tried to masturbate erection imagination doesn't help much out of 10 6 times works but dont get hard erection as i used to.

I am a male experiencing frequent urination, sometimes up to 4-5 times in one hour. Each time the urine amount is normal. There is no burning, pain, fever, blood, bad smell, or cloudiness. I do not wake up at night to urinate once I fall asleep. My urine color is light/clear. This started recently. I usually sleep late and do not drink a lot of water. No other symptoms.

I’m a 24-year-old male. Last year, I had post-ejaculatory pain and was diagnosed with an E. coli infection in my semen. I completed the prescribed antibiotic course, and the infection has resolved, but the pain persists. I am currently taking Alfuzosin intermittently along with Absomega Q10 tablets. Should I continue with this medication, or consider a different approach?

I have been diagnosed with Eosinophilic Cystitis. My eosinophil level are 11%. I have type 2 diabetis and have atopic eczema on my foot. Couldn't find permanent solution for Eosinophilic Cystitis, want to get off steroids. Need help for the same

On 15/11, I had visited a CSW. Post that, due to anxiety, I took - HIV PEP for 10 days, Doxy, Azee 1gm single dose, Cefixime 400mg single dose, Ceftriaxone 500mg IM shot and Cefixime 200mg, Fluconazole, Itraconazole all between 16th November to 4th December. On 16/12, I did a USG Color Doppler with cough test only in supine position and doctor said I have a small left varicocele - 2.2 mms at rest and 3.0 mms at Valsalvas. On 19/12, I did a testosterone Total test and result was 795. On 19/12, I did a USG Color Doppler again from another centre, doctor examined me in sleeping and standing position (I did not put a lot of pressure when he asked me to, I barely put any pressure) and said I have NO VARICOCELE. Prior to 15/11, I have never had any symptoms. I did long distance running and always felt my left testicle was the healthy testicle. My testosterone free test result was 39.7 pg/ml. Have I developed a varicocele after 15/11/2025? Do I have low testosterone? Is my varicocele serious?
