Very reassuring — you only took finasteride for 5 days. After such a short course, any ED or ejaculation changes are very unlikely to be permanent and should resolve within days to 2 weeks of stopping. Don't worry.
Next Steps
No specific treatment needed — just give it 1–2 weeks. Avoid stress as it can perpetuate ED. If still not resolved in 4 weeks, consult me on Practo for a quick review.

After only 5 days of finasteride, these side effects usually improve within days to a few weeks after stopping the medicine. If erectile dysfunction persists beyond 4–6 weeks, consult for evaluation.
