No medicine is free of side effects. every drug have some side effects when used for longer duration.your hair loss will be reduced till you are on that drug once you stop using it starts again.drug effect on sexual dysfunction is matter of debate.as hairloss is cosmetic condition it's personal choice to use it or not.but other medication availablity for management of androgenic alopecia is very limited
