Respected sir Sir For few days i am suffering from pain in left testicles and urinary bladder and not being released sperm from penis at the time of enter course it's being released sperm after 7-8 days i am an ocd fan patient i took few medicines like veniz xr 150 , asprito 2 , toficalm 50 and veniz xr 75 please help me about this? What should I do now? What happened to me sir ????

Sir/Mam, i think i am struggling with ED to some extent, i have been struggling with Sever Anxiety & Depressioon for 4 years now, shown to psychatrist, last 4 years of my life been really tough, maybe from last 1 year or so i have been. Having weaker errections, sometimes the errection is good but it doesnt last long. I have not engaged in any sexual activities in real life. Also i am very much porn addicted. Now this ED issue is making me streesed, i read somewhere too much porn addiction can also lead to some form of ED, i am not sure sir mam. Can my ED cure on its own if its from porn addiction & result of being in anxiety phase for long?

My left testis is shrunken and right testis will swell if I masturbate no pain..sperms ejaculation is good decent I can see sometimes my left testis veins are swollen

My testicular volumes are: * Right: 8.1 cc * Left: 8.6 cc My semen analysis shows: * Count and motility are very good * But morphology is only 2% (Teratozoospermia) Hormones (FSH, LH, Testosterone) are normal. Actually I wanted to take circumcision surgery but I don't know the difference between partial circumcision and normal circumcision also im working professional so I can't have leave more than 2 days how can I manage after the surgery is it possible to do my work in normal way after circumcision

Two months ago I observed black dots coming out of my urine, I did a USG , it was normal, but I was diagnosed with E .Coli UTI in the Urine culture test , took antibiotics, again two weeks back again I observed black dots in urine, again I did a USG , nothing found, took medicine, got resolved, please suggest how i can get fully cured and stop the infection from recurrence.
