Kidney Problems

Whenever I do masturbation I get a small lump/ swelling in my lower back of left side of my waist and it goes away after somedays this happens only if i masturbate and it pains during that time when I try to sit.

I took B12 deficiency injection and I see urine colour change to orange/pink colour is it due to injection?

My daughter is normal in the day time , but during night time( especially  bed time ) if she doesn't get sleep , she goes to washroom atleast every 5 mins, atleast 8 times in just half an hour , but during the day from morning to evening, I think she uses washroom , only  7 times approx ... And next morning when I ask if  urine urgency is there or not ,she will say it's normal. Note:( she had urine infection in June month). Even after urine infection was gone ,and culture test negative ,then also she suffered from urine frequency , ,ad it got settled after some days ..( scanning showed urinary  bladder wall thickning, 5,,mm in June and cystitis in June . ) ( kidney test is also normal ) But now this  urine frequency is happening two to three days every month . What is triggering this. controlling urine for long can affect bladder and trigger this frequency  .. Or allergy to food . Or ovulation Kindly  advise 🙏🏼 . ...

Can repeated urine bacterial infections lower testosterone? Hi doctors, I have had many recurring urine bacterial infections (UTIs). After these infections, my testosterone levels have become low. Can repeated or chronic urine infections affect testosterone or damage testicle function? What tests should I do to find the exact cause? Please guide. I also attached usg of scrotum

I am having this problem from a long time, I have to literally pee every 20-30 mins it feels as if my bladder will explode and I always feel like I am thristy all the time and dehydrated all the time, I have had this problem since 2022 March after recovering from covid, I had hba1c done and ultrasound done but both reports are normal and my lft and kft are also normal. My mother was hospitalized for 3 weeks in hospital due to some illnes and I had to stay there all day and night and the sanitary condition of hospital was not that good so I use to hold urine for very long time , and then after that I had covid and after recovering from covid this problem started, plzzz help me what could this be?? Plzz I am in a lot of problem!

I've been masturbating since the age of 12 which is a kind of embarrassing but I am trying to open up, I am 20 now, few months ago one day I had a little blood at last after completing urination, and that happened 1 or 2 time within a gap of a couple month, I used to do very harsh masturbation, since then I it was difficult and painful peeing experience, then slowly I am have split stream of urination which was painful I took antibiotics like norflox and best tablet for infection and pain respectively. It helped but because of my masturbation habit it started happening again, now the urine stream is very narrow like when I observed that I am peeing through upper half of the urethral opening and below half is sticked but when there's pressure the urine starts dribbing from that also but it cause pressure on lower abdomen or bladder area, I did ultrasound to see if any stone but there isn't. Any suggestions?

I have had a burning sensation during urination for 4 years. I’ve seen 7–8 doctors, done several urine tests, and taken antibiotics for a month many times, but nothing has helped. Ultrasounds of my kidneys, ovaries, and bladder have all been normal. Two years ago one scan showed slightly thick bladder walls, but treatment did not cure the issue. Recent ultrasounds again show everything normal. For the last 6 months, I also have dry piles and strong burning in my anus along with urinary burning. My creatinine and serum levels are normal. I had ASD open-heart surgery in 2022. I am 36 and married. Doctors say my urine and stool tests are normal, yet the burning continues. I drink plenty of water and avoid spicy and junk food. Uroflowmetry, urine trace, urine culture, semen culture, abdomen scan, GeneXpert test, and three mid-stream urine samples are all normal.

Hi , I have feeling like something is leaking from my penis top but Nthg comes out..this problem first occurred me 4 years ago . At that time I consulted many doctors did many tests . all doctors said nothing is dr it's physiological one like that and it went after some days..but again from last year it's coming like on and off and now from past 2 weeks I have that feeling..I don't have any burn or pain during urination FYI and no allergic to anything.why am facing this feeling and it's irritating a lot and cannot concentrate on anything. The attached are my father's MRI report. He is 74yrs old with a PSA of 8.5. His Uroflometry results came normal as well as urine  routine. On DRE, doctor felt a nodule for which he suggested MRI. Kindly suggest what is the possibility of it being cancerous and what are the next steps.
