I am suffering from Non obstructive Azoospermia age 33. 4 years of marriage, got to know  NOA last year October, 2024. I hve done various test FSH 23.38, LH 9.14, testesterone 413, E2 30.75 and taken allopathy treatment of HCG 5000IUI injection per week , clomiphene tablet and WELYCO tablet for last 6 months...Now last week august 2025 I again tested my self got my result FSH 5.73, LH 4.35, testesterone 432, E2 26 But semen analysis still show nil sperm count. I am shattered what to do next. Dr. saying we will do FNAC if sperm found we will go for mtese otherwise treatment is a failure Please guide me 🙏

I just experience the pampiniform plexus enters from side of testis just away from normal anatomy and it's just like more shifted to side of testis when I play sports without fit briefs then I experience more sharp pain in morning after a day of sports.

I have had frequent urination problems for 2 weeks and now since 2 days after urination there's minimal bearable pain in the scrotum region  and I have to pressure it after urination for an empty bladder. I have taken the AB's and nitro for UTI and after the urologist advised I took fasobig for an overactive bladder but after completing the course it started again the frequent urination during the medication it was getting normal ... And I have issues with constipation also as I am on a night shift so timings get on and off... Is there any major issue or should I go for some test.. please help me with that need a good urologist

Last year during medical check my psa level was idenrified as 6.17 and consulted urologist . As suggested by him did a mpmri .its reported as rad 2 with symptoms of prostatitis as observation. As suggested ny urologist took antibiotic livoflexacin 750 mg for 2 months. Repeat psa level was 4.6. Last month medical check , psa level is observed again with 6.7 ..whats further course suggested ?

My 3.4 year old daughter was complaining about frequent urination and little coming out. Her routine urine was normal except calcium oxalate. But in usg there were no stones. But her bladder was not full, the radiologist did it anyway. Now im worried. Does calcium oxolate always indicate stone?

Hello doctors! I am having urinary issue for past one past, Pain while urinating, frequent urination, urine inconsistency, i have visited general physician initially and they prescribed with anti inflammatory drugs and antibiotics and said if the symptoms persists need to do Urine C/S test whereas I took the test post one week after stopping antibiotics but the results where negative shows no growth. Then I took USG of abdomen and pelvis along with Urinalysis, KFT and CBC. USG and other test were normal as well. CBC was quite abnormal slightly elevated. And this time I visited a urologist he mentioned everything is normal it only symptoms of a UTI. He prescribed nitrofurantoin antibiotics, Uticept and UT joy syrup but still I am having the issue, the symptoms like sudden urge to urinate, Pressure in the pelvic and pain inside the tip of my genital glans and also split urine but meatus looks normal. Can anyone please tell me a solution for this !

Hi Sir, Mam...I had burning sensation while urinating and felt discomfort down there and so I took urine routine and culture test which came out as klebsiella pneumonia positive. I visited doctor nearby and asked to take norflox for 7 days. Issue felt like resolved but symptoms came back again after 2 days. Should I take any other antibiotics that is sensitive. I am currently taking pre and pro biotic supplement - florita. Kindly advice. Report attached.
