I have been masturbating daily 1-2 times, but around 10 days back after masturbation, my penis has gone totally soft and small. unable to get any erections, no morning wood. Sometimes there is pain in the balls or pain in base of the penis, them it goes away. I have never had any issues till now, i was totally normal, could get hard whenever i wanted. But suddenly it became soft, lessened sensation. I think it has also become small. Balls (testicles) also feel like they are hanging. Plz help.

Hello my age is 23yrs old erect penis size is 4 inches im length and with a girth of 4inch due to which it looks very thin and i did some research online and it said that it is smaller than the average size but it is normal. But when i visited a urologist he told me that i might have a micro penis and asked me to do a serum testosterone, test and i did it and the report said my testosterone level is 401 ng/dL so can you please tell me that if it is normal or not and if i have a micropenis??

I had stomach upset all of sudden staying alone no took online consulting.dr gave O2 took same 29.10.25 evening next day morning. Next day morning 6 vomit went to MD since ibs patient he stop O2 started rifaximin and wbc 22800 .so did USG 31.10.25 evening ...went to MD again on 01.11.25 he stop rifaximin based on earlier culture of July which also had cystitis and acinetobacter bacteria gave doxyclinine and ofloxacin 400 which was sensitive in July culture so ask to stop rifaximin 400 after 5tablet taken and ask my urologist whom I consulted on 31.10.25 evening he told I am out of town so take zifi cv 200 which next day MD told to.stop after taking Two tablet since given.doxy1ldr forte and ofloxacin 400 Question: doctor changes antibiotics often without.full.course completion if antibiotics are shuffle and not stop base on doctor change to severe condition does it leads to.resistance or not ? And that resistance would be for uti infection bacteria or whole body?? Await reply Thanks

I had acute bacterial UTI 2 months back upon taking the antibiotics, it got cleared , after that negative urine culture and  urine analysis was normal. After that I continued Alfuzosin (Alpha blocker) for 2 weeks. The recent lab reports were normal, except the Increased Echo texture of Bilateral Kidneys on USG Now that this much time is over, i still have symptoms of on off pain in my lower abdomen and lower back. Kindly consider and provide a helpful review

I am having an extreme burning sensation down there while urinating, sitting or even standing for the last 2 days. Got some boils/warts too which is making the situation worse . What should I do please suggest some medicine, it is affecting my daily life

From last two month I am suffering from lower abdomen problem like bharipan & khichao. It can easily feel upto penis. Symptoms not Persisting always. Sometime feel better & sometimes symptoms appear. No constipation issue, taking 7 to 8 hrs sleep & following good diet. Pls suggest course of action.

The patient, 68 years old male with no history of smoking or drinking diagnosed with left lower ureteric stricture with left renal mass with hydronephrosis and hydroureterosis. Also as per previous sonography report, an enlarged prostate and a hyperechoic lesion in left kidney was observed. He showed symptoms of syncope and vertigo, hematuria, fatigue, unresponsiveness. Pathology report mentions presence of blood, bacteria and albumin in urine. And low serum sodium, slightly high serum creatinine and serum CRP. He has previous medical history of high uric acid in blood, diabetes and hypertension. Renal mass biopsy states the following "the sample is predominantly necrotic with scattered atypical cells and high nucleus to cytoplasm ratio, hyper chromatic and pleomorphic nuclei". Please suggest what should be the next steps to diagnose this condition. Doctor suggested FDG PET Scan. Is MM3 Renal scan and DTPA scan helpful to review left kidney function and rule out cancer?

Have recurrent uti chronic prostate and every time new bacteria in culture burning while sitting  tirednness while urinating no burning .masturbation helps is cystitis or chronic.prostate or both.??
