Kidney Problems

I have recurrent uti and new organism each time what it means. Same bacteria resistance and mutation???

The patient, 68 years old male with no history of smoking or drinking diagnosed with left lower ureteric stricture with left renal mass with hydronephrosis and hydroureterosis. Also as per previous sonography report, an enlarged prostate and a hyperechoic lesion in left kidney was observed. He showed symptoms of syncope and vertigo, hematuria, fatigue, unresponsiveness. Pathology report mentions presence of blood, bacteria and albumin in urine. And low serum sodium, slightly high serum creatinine and serum CRP. He has previous medical history of high uric acid in blood, diabetes and hypertension. Renal mass biopsy states the following "the sample is predominantly necrotic with scattered atypical cells and high nucleus to cytoplasm ratio, hyper chromatic and pleomorphic nuclei". Please suggest what should be the next steps to diagnose this condition. Doctor suggested FDG PET Scan. Is MM3 Renal scan and DTPA scan helpful to review left kidney function and rule out cancer?

Have recurrent uti chronic prostate and every time new bacteria in culture burning while sitting  tirednness while urinating no burning .masturbation helps is cystitis or chronic.prostate or both.??

Sometimes some pus like substance comes out of my penis at that time it felt irritation but that i get treated recently but the skin of my penis is not going back what should i do.

I (26M) was edging but didn't use to ejaculate. Also, at night, I used to oil my penis, gently stroking and massaging in circular motion. I continued this for 6 days but on the 7th day, I ended up ejaculating. Then I masturbated to climax on the 8th and the 9th day. On the night of 9th, while I was oiling, I lost my erection. After waking up, I still couldn't get it erect and had a panic attack with increased heartbeat and numbness in my hands. Lizolid 600 usage when other drug sensitive basic one is it logical if you have recurrent uti or better to use drug like linezolid as last resort ?

Hello doctor, I am a 30-year-old male. I had a recurring urinary bacterial infection. After completing multiple antibiotic courses, my urine culture later showed “no growth / no bacteria.” However, I still feel a burning sensation after finishing urination. Earlier, after a post-prostate massage, my urine culture had shown bacteria. I again took antibiotics, and afterward, my urine culture showed no bacteria. Now, my urine routine test also appears normal, but I still have a burning sensation after urination. This problem started about 3 years ago. I also masturbate daily. What could be the reason? The burning sensation originally started when I had a bacterial urine infection.
