Kidney Problems

I have white scars/pale skin/dry skin with bruises appearing under my foreskin quite often. It happens, worsens, goes after a few weeks and then reappears. More occasionally during the winters - I have a dry skin issue in general. I can share photographs but am reluctant to consult anyone physically. Is there any ointment or any antibiotics that I can take to treat this?

I am having dryness and white flaky skin near the penis–scrotum area. Mild itching only, no redness or pain. Coconut oil did not help. Skin feels tight and irritated due to friction. No medication currently. Please guide

I have been experiencing this problem for the past month. I took doxycycline, but it doesn’t seem to be helping. I still have redness on the tip of my penis and pain when pulling back the foreskin and foul smell. What should I do now? Please help.
