Hi, no symptoms just noticed one side of testis is big and other is not. Is this normal? Or any isue

Given the recent onset of frequent foam formation in my urine over the past few months, I underwent a series of tests including kidney function, liver function, complete blood count, thyroid, and routine urine tests, all of which came back normal except for an increase in direct bilirubin; would it be prudent to consult a doctor about these results? I am 28 and have undescended testicle, sometimes i feel pain or dull ache in right groin area and i also feel something is there. As per search results, it can be worsening and risky. I have never been to doctor for this. I am planning to visit but as per search it is shown that after surgery also risks remain same. Is it really risky if not treated by now ? Please confirm this

I was diagnosed with some 3-4mm kidney stones in both of my kidney, having consulted with one of the doctors nearby, he had prescribed me urimax 0.4 ( tamsulosin ), i took the medicine for 10 days and i stopped it on 10th of July, but since then my semen volume has not been normal, sometimes the ejaculate volume is less even nil, it's been 3 weeks/20 days since i have stopped the medicine, is there something to worry about, does it take this long for the medicine to wear off? What to do to fix this issue?

Hello I got uti in June first week it got recovered doctor gave nitrofurantoin for 7 days I took morning n evening uti got cured but after that I started feeling burning sensation after passing urine and also started feeling feverish in the evening then another doctor recommended me fosfomycin n urispas for 7 day , fosfo I took one dose on 29th July n still taking urispas from 29th July but today it's been 4 days still again m getting burning n feverish symptoms again ... it's been two months kindly suggest some alternative treatment thank you

I have some 5-6 round structure in my right testis When I streching scrotum skin I see it . It's feel it's under scrotum skin and above testis . It's present together 5-6 One is little big and other is small ... When I flash 📸 it , it's transilmulation I am very worried and tenced Is it any serious condition like testicular cancer ? I'm 25 years old, healthy and fit but 2 years ago I've had unprotected Se× with a unknown married women since then till I'm having always burning sensation inside the penis, I'm drinking 5 L of water per day, urination is clear but after urination again burning start, I've consulted many urology dermatologist but didn't get cured, I've checked the std also like hiv hep b, hep c, vdrl, what it could be, is gonorrhoea or chlamydia because I haven't checked those sti yet, please suggest me what to do, what type of std could cause burning sensation inside penis.
