Urine test results please suggest what are the next actions Is there any UTI? I am diagnosed with PCOS.

For the past 2-3 months my erection has gone weak and i don't feel horny and low libido. And morning wood is also weak. My Mood have gotten worsen and anxiety. I have hypothyroidism since 2012 and  taking thyroxin 100 mcg and it is under control. I have only one testicle. My total testosterone test is 324 ng/dl Estradiol is 56.94 pg/ml FSH 4.91 mIU/mL LH 7.37 mIU/mL Hemoglobin 15.17 g/dl TSH 4.17 µIU/mL The previous doctor said the testosterone might seem in range in lab results but It should be higher for 28 male and one testicle. My previous doctor said TRT can treat this but here estradiol/testosterone ratio is also concern so i should see a specialist for this as wrong dosage of testosterone can cause infertility and risk is greater in my case cause of one testicle. So on practo which type of doctor are the best to treat me? Sexologist, urologist, andrologist, reproductive endocrinologist? I tried supplements like ashwagandha and shilajit but don't feel the difference.

Hi , I have been subjected to Psychiatrist medicine due to which I am not able to pass the urine freely and properly. The volume is too less than it was before. It takes me to push it a bit , only then urine comes out. What steps shall I take for this ? Thanks.

I feel My scrotum has loosened since the day i lifted something heavy at home. My sack hangs most of the time. It doesnt feel like before. On touching i dont feel any extra liquid, just the hanging and some semi solid mass. What is it? This happened earlier also but it used to tighten on its own. This time i feel discomfort( not any pain) and it hangs most of the time. No such enlargement is there but its just a bit more hanging than normal. Before two months I had very frequent urination , urine culture was negative Uroflometry was normal Kidney function test Normal But scan shows , urinary. Bladder wall thickness 4.5 mm And mild chronic cystitis .. Dr prescribed me  1 niftas 100 g tablet daily for 3 months , but I couldn't take more than 20 days due gastritis , other digestive issues , But it showed me good result , But I stopped taking tablet after 20 days Almost after 2 months now again I feel the symptom is starting again, I don't feel the satisfaction after passing urine , Is taking antibiotics the only solution for this what should I do ?
