From 5-6days abd and pelvis pain genetical pain, groin pain occurred so took aldigesic spas&urimax0. 4mg taking from 5 days.nows some side effects occurs like dizziness, impotence, decreasing libido are worring symptoms for me. What should i do.?

I have not given birth to a baby till date.I have been facing urine incontinence since childhood only. Also, I have constipation since birth. Over the years it has improved.
