I am using alfatag tablet for bph. Can I use this tablet in fever. What antibiotics should be avoided in fever when using alfatag tablet

Recently I got my abdomen ultrasound done .It revealed that I have a thick bladder urinary wall. I have attached my ultrasound film. Could anybody tell me why it is thick? Is the value 0.82cm or 0.27 cm? If it is just 0.27 why is it thick?

I am a Spinal cord injured women -paraplegic, I was injured when I was 16 years now I am 19 years, after injury I was with a indwelling urinary catheter for 1 month later shifted to intermittent clean catheterization for 4-5 months later and now currently using abdominal pressure voiding to empty bladder(2 years and continuing ). I do face incontinence issues daily and abdominal pain sometimes, I have no sensation below my abdomen.

I'm diabetic since 6 years,hypertensive since 3 years No kidney disease,problems or complications related to kidneys as such.All routine renal test reports including usg done 6 months ago are all normal Doctor advised to do some routine renal function tests after every 6 months such as serum creatinine,blood urea,potassium & urine acr I have been taking 1 bottle of beer daily since the last 1 month on a regular basis After how many days of completely discontinuing the consumption of beer should I go for the routine renal function testings of serum creatinine,blood urea,potassium & urine acr as 6 months from the last routine test are already over ? Kindly advise...
