Kidney Problems

Hello this was my father's  ct scan observation Multiple lubulated mixed density lesions with few fat attenuating areas seen in both kidneys, predominantly on left side, largest lesion measuring approximately 3.3 x 2.8cm in left kidney upper pole cortex - Features are suggestive of Angiomyolipomas.

What the reason for pvr being more this needs treatment ? Age 43 weight 100kg plus height 5.3 What reason for more PVR and how.to solve same and what the permanent solution.to.reduce same to minimum Alfoo one month course can give permanent benefits???

Today i did my psa blood test self the report is 1.44 is it safe or unsafe please kindly say. If its unsafe please suggest me a medicine.

I had consulted two urologist both of them said that it would be an prostate infection and it it should be cured within one week. It's been two months now and the pain is hardly left, but there are still black particles coming out of my sperm. They are thread like structure. I also had my ultrasound and urine test done . Hi doctors , I have kidney stone pain past 1 month now. The stone is 3.5mm stuck I left vesicoureteric junction and I get sudden sharp pain everyday. I was in pain meds and lots of fuel intake but still no improvement. Also I have 3mm stone in middle calyx of left kidney with baldder wall thickening measuring 5.5mm . Doctor has advise to see some other urologist as he was pediatric urologist and he think I need to go laser surgery but I don't want to go laser treatment . Please advise soon.. thank you
