I am suffering with left testicular vericose veins grade 3 . Which surgical type had best,And estimate cost of surgery.

Recent USG report shows that "Mildly enlarged prostate with size of 3.8x2.8x4.1 cm and vol of 23cc. Uriflow test shows average flow of 5ml/sec. 20 days back had fever with UTI, and after that feeling that my bladder is not fully empty , there is no abdominal pain, or pain or burning during urination. History of kidney stone is there and 2 yrs back stone passed out during urine . Latest report also shows that there is stone in left kidney with a size of 16x7 mm. Also post void volume is 150ml. Please suggest the best treatment for the above issue .

I had my stapler circumcision done on 12th aug, so today is day 9. I have a very big donut like swelling below the glans and above the stapler ring, it is not decreasing from the past 3 days and is the same size. When will this decrease, could it be a problem it's very big ring type swelling. 9 days already still cannot walk or go outside due to sensitivity and this huge swelling touching clothes. Also behind the penis, it looks like the wound is open as the staple seems to have been moved up and i can see dark skin attached to very pink fresh skin, its pains like itching and burning randomly there, and that gap is increasing from the past 2 days.

I have a tight foreskin, it doesnt go back when j tried to also it was not from childhood it happened after that.

I have noticed yesterday night my Urine is Very dark & like grape juice kinda color. I didn't have any discomfort while urinating, burning, such. But i feel little sensation of burning or such in right side of my abdomen/ right lower side of my stomach. I have cough and cold from one week so i was taking medication, but yesterday morning i took last dose. There are no external injuries, no colored foods or such still the urine color feels like blood mixture. Some discomfort noticable but very very little in bladder area. Comparing to yesterday, today color is better but I'm drinking more fluids that's why i think. Still suggest what to do please.

Any doctor who deals with keratin pearls and smegma in clitoris female? I have severe pain in clit deep and it's stronger to the left side. It feels like something is stabbing inside the left and the pain radiates deep inside the pelvis originating from clitoris. I tried to pull back the hood and saw some white debris but unable to remove it.

Having pain in testicle for a few days got the ultrasound of the scrotum the reports are normal. But the pain persists. Can it be anything else ? I am sexually active also can it be an STI?

I'm unable to retract my foreskin from the penis head and there is white substance Crystal like build up in the inside of the foreskin which I tried to clean but couldn't like it's some allergy that has accumulated there.
