Hi my Penis skin is not going down and looks swollen at the top. Earlier there were some small cuts which got healed , but the skin is not coming fully down.

For the past two day, I have been experiencing frequent and uncontrollable urination. I have needed to urinate 4–5 times within a interval of just 2–3 hours during the working day, and I find myself unable to control the pressure of it. Each time I urinate, I feel some burning sensation.  After taking lot of water the first urine of the moring is yellow and still painful to painful and burning. Also I have been feeling dehydrated, yawning excessively, and experiencing frequent hiccups and burping despite drinking a large amount of water. I also feel nauseous. Only the new things is that I started taking two psychiatric medications prescribed by my neuropsychiatrist: Samzep 0.5 and Fluoxetine. I also had excessive acidity and a sensation of internal heat, when all this freq urination start. My kidney functions well since in a year i took twice usg, kft test. Apart from the recently started psychiatric medications, I have no prior history of taking other drugs.

On August 15th, I had frequent urination with a burning sensation along with fever. I went to the hospital and had a urine analysis and CBC done. The doctor said it was a  UTI and gave IV fluids and injections, then prescribed antibiotics Cefixime and Ofloxacin for 10 days The frequency of urination reduced the burning also decreased, and the fever went away. However my penis still had slight pain and a burning sensation in the glans (I am circumcised) The doctor examined it and prescribed Clobeta GM ointment. I applied it for a week but it worsened the symptoms. Now my urethral opening looks thickened and appears burned. Urination causes burning, and sometimes it burns even without urinating There's also occasional tingling Could this be due to the ointment, inflammation, or something like Lichen Sclerosus? My last sexual contact was on June 5th with protection. There’s no discharge. I’m very anxious and unable to sleep. Please help. kindly look the attached photos tell the condition

Asking for spouse// Age - 32 yrs , Male. Usg done- normal / no post voidal vol/ prostate size normal. Flow rate very slow, steady, non painful. Complete voiding present. No past history of injury/chronic infection. HBA1c sent for test/ what should be next line of management and what is the differential diagnosis. Need a urology viewpoint. Kindly help. Again latest wbc showing 18800 wbc pain in pelvic area during night and burning mild.during day and increase at night no fever no weakness major some tired ness which medicine to be taken culture send earlier Which medicine to be taken for.acinobacter or new culture needed again??? Culture sample date 30.07.25..taking alfoo 10mg also ...pvr more than 50 how to.remove more pvr? How to avoid recurrent uti? Chronic prostate is being told to me how.long it will take to.clear and resistance high due to.recurrent uti from.2017.all test except cystectopyandmri pelvis done. Rectal usg.tb test.ct scan kub etc all normal Why each time new bacteria old bacteria got killed ??

Had frenuplasty plus stapler circumcision 25days back (silicon ring fell off (in pieces from day14 to day20) but frenulum was still sensitive and bleeded till few days back (twice bleeded much due to dressing rupture), still having swelling on ring part doctor said its normal it ll be fine and asked to use neosporin powder instead of dressing (for that frenulum wound to recover) Is this case fine? How much time it takes usually for healing? When to resume proper normal activities then?

I had a yeast infection for a month and was getting better after using ointment and got better but today suddenly Penis foreskin got swollen and unable to move it back to clean...Don't have any pain though but feeling uncomfortable...what should I do?
