This morning something like worm came out through my urine path. It came out once before at night as well. Is this serious concern? I m very worried

I am 18 years old boy ...I feel unable to pull back my foreskin ...it's not like completely closed but it's like mild phimosis...it can be pulled to less than half of penis head or glans and when it's not erect it can be pulled back to more extent but not completely..also after oiling it comes more back but it's not normal for long run ...also I am not able to touch my glans when foreskin is pulled back...I feel very uneasy when touch it at some areas I can touch it but not as a whole or at edges... TIGHT FORESKIN AND SENSITIVE GLANS AT AGE 18 ...TOGETHER IT'S PROBABLY PHIMOSIS

Since 10 days I am having mild burning and pain while urinating but my urine report is normal and ultrasound report is also normal. What could be the cause? I am worried Also I'm married

I have been going through frequent urination and sudden urge to urinate isse. My urine routine shows 1-2 hpf pus cells and 8-10 hpf epithelial cells. Also, urine culture detected 30,000 cfu Klebsiella species. Sensitive to cefuroxime , nitrofurantoin and many antibiotics. I had completed a 7 day course of Cefuroxime 500 mg,  3 days nitrofurantoin which did not suit me. Ongoing the second round of Fosfomycin 3 g single dose + 7 days cefuroxime 500 mg, I don't have any other symptoms of UTI. I just have issues with constant urination. I am not able to recover with any of this completed course of antibiotics. Consulted 03 gynaecologist and 01 urologist. However, I don't get the solution for elimination of My UTI symptoms. Please , advice best medicine or doctor reference.

For the past two weeks I have had frequent urination with a burning sensation and mild groin pain in my upper abdomen. The doctor ruled out diabetes and gave medicine for UTI levoflox 250mg but still the problem persist and urine test is also normal ph 6.0 all negative. I have lower back pain feeling the pelvic region tight. I am afraid also I am anxious about health search a lot. Attached are lab tests. Please review and let me know.

A sudden pain has erupted today in my lower abdomen left side. Seemed like a gas issue but it's also causing more discomfort while urination. Trying to have more water to make this go. Any suggestions to improve?
