Sir alfoo taken 11days than stop due to side effect all allopathy medicine than stop now 4 tablet where pending sp i thought will take 4days is that fine?    ,, taking alfoo twice a week for urine retention to avoid side effect is ok???

I'm feeling sensation in my clitoris from yesterday.. it's continuous.. and due to sensations feeling the urge to pee ..idk how to explain but I'm feeling something which is definitely not a feeling of orgasm ..like whenever we touch our clitoris we feel something.. but this time it's lil different with very very less pain + continuous sensation... soo uncomfortable.. please advice me should I wait for some more days or consult a doctor

Around one year ago I got an injury in inguinal area spermatic cord. After that the whole spermatic cord throughout waist swollen and very much paining. I did USG but nothing significantly show there . But it's swollen hurt to touch . Paining very much slightly pressure put on it .  pant wear, driving or bike riding it's paining. After masterbation or night fall it's paining very much. 4 months ago in colour Doppler ultrasound it's shows varicocele 1 but while injury happened nothing shows there . I am very depressed how it will.cure it's paining very much. Please help.me.doctor. also I did CT scan but nothing shows there .
