When flaccid my penis looks small I guess compared to others but when erect it is 13cm or 5.15 inches and I want it to be increased by 0.5 inches while flaccid and 1 inch when erect please tell me the natural ways for it and any other ways .

I saw bumps around my penis gland they are very small can it is a serious problem.these bumps are not painful.
