Took medication for uti Nitrofurantoin And Urispas Tablet. After completing the medication i am still suffering from itching. What medicine to take or what test should i get done

Did laser circumcision and frenuloplasty 11 days ago. Very difficult control my night time erection. Due to this the wound healing is delaying. Some times after bath blood is also coming. I am little nervous if the stitches will break or not. I am having chymoral forte and Enzoflam SP tablets. What to do to avoid night time erection and any medicine is available or not to avoiderection temporarily. I couldn't sleep properly due to this. Any solution for this ?

Hello Doctor I'm asking on behalf of my sister.She is having kidney stones in left and right kidney.In left kidney as per the ultrasound report echogenic focus ( 7mm) is seen in left middle ureter causing upstream moderate hydroureternonephrosis Right kidney 3mm echogenic focus seen in the interpole calyx The doctor has prescribed Urimax 0.4, but will taking this medicine cause the stone to get stuck? And also, Urispas three times a day and Urimax 0.4 once a day(Night)

I am a 26-year-old male. Since the last few days I am having mild clear/white penile discharge, mostly in the morning. The discharge has a mild smell, is non-sticky, and no pus. I have mild redness at the tip and occasional itching. There is no burning while urinating, no pain inside the penis, no swelling, and no fever. I always use protection. For the past six years, I have experienced a strong urge to urinate whenever I become sexually aroused or masturbate.
