It's been a while I'm facing slight to moderate pain around upper bottom side of the right testicle, and I don't feel pain while standing but when I resting on bed. What's this situation called and what should I do?

My mother is suffering from intense pain and burning during urination.This is ongoing for a long time but now since 4 days this has increased. Urine routine came back negative. Doctor said to do ncct kub. The report shows a focal heterodense area in lower pole of kidney. I am worried. Is this lesion something bad like malignancy? Please help

I have had a very tight foreskin since the beginning cause of which I am unable to retract and clean. I was able to do it very rarely but now it is next to impossible. I have developed a foreskin infection too (swelling, redness and pain) and am taking antibiotics as prescribed by my urologist. He suggested circumcision as a permanent solution. Are there any other non-surgical options?

Hi doctors. Pls help! I've been battling bedwetting since childhood. It used to be so frequent and severe in my childhood. Hi Doctor, I’m 25 years old and unmarried. I was diagnosed with Grade 1 bladder neck elevation through cystoscopy in June. I took Tab Doxin 8 mg for a month, but my urine flow didn’t improve. A urodynamic study showed normal bladder function. I’m now taking Aluzsin 10 mg as prescribed. My doctor suggested if nothing works CIC is only solution.even I am not interested and scared too .I have a few questions: What could be the root cause at my age? Are there other treatments besides surgery or CIC? Can I take Herbalife products now? Is there any Ayurvedic or traditional treatment? What lifestyle changes should I follow?
