Hello Dr, For the past week , I have had an itchy and yellow discharge sometimes inside my male private part. I have not had any sex or anything abnormal. I have an issue of Psoriasis but it is well under control and no medications are being taken. I took a bath in a waterfall and after which this itching started . If I apply coconut oil, the itching seems reduced. Please advise

Sir/Madam My  husband 33 years old. We had a long day and very tierd and our toddler had fever so we didn't have proper sleep that night. My husband is healthy and he has no health issues. Tonight first time without his knowledge he passed urine while sleeping. He is saying due to tierd he did without conscious. Is this normal.Kindly advise.

Hi Doctor, I’m 25 years old and unmarried. I was diagnosed with Grade 1 bladder neck elevation through cystoscopy in June. I took Tab Doxin 8 mg for a month, but my urine flow didn’t improve. A urodynamic study showed normal bladder function. I’m now taking Aluzsin 10 mg as prescribed.The doctor also mentioned that if there is still no improvement, CIC (Clean Intermittent Catheterization) may be the next step. But I am not interested and scared too.My doctor didn't mention clearly what was root cause for my problem. I have some questions 1) What could be the root cause of Grade 1 bladder neck elevation at my age — could it be by birth or lifestyle-related and so on ? 2) Are there any treatment options other than surgery and CIC? 3) Is it safe to use Herbalife products while taking Alfusin? 4) Are there any treatments available in Ayurveda or traditional Vaidhyam? 5) What lifestyle changes should I follow to improve my condition?

While intercourse my partner had a snap and while urinating it was hurting him badly and now the phallus became a little black and the phallus is also a little curved. I had my circumcision done 23 days, I have pain in my urethra when my penis moves while walking. Consulted a local urologist and he said it's simply sensitivity and penis gets used to it. But I am worried as I am not able to do any work.

I had overactive bladder after a yeast infection. Doctor had suggested Fluka and Urimax with Mirago. My symptoms have improved now. Can I stop the medicine or should I consult a doctor?

My brother has been suffering from OAB since 2021. He took homeopathic medicine for a pimple that gave him this condition. Most doctors misdiagnosed the issues as they were not aware of it. Between 2022-2024 we consulted many doctors, took many tests all reports were normal. Recently we visited pgi Lucknow , their doctor suggested diatrin 7mg. He completely recovered in one month but took the pain killer for the back issue (zerodol & myotop) then again OAB returned. Now diatrin 7mg not working. We tried other medicine like Mirago 25mg(mirabegron)  which gave him side effects like low pressure and was not much effective. Please guide which medicine will work in this case. How can he be cured completely. Taking diatrin for 1 month. He completely got cured . But taking a pain killer again brought the condition back.

Hello Doctors,  I hv bloated stomach and need two visits to freshen up ( morning - evening) .. morning attempt is kind of half/incomplete..feel the pressure but never relieved and further intake keeps the stomach bloated. Tried home/otc remedies didnt help. Visited a GP, who put me on laxatives but no use.. went for USG.. which detected 18.9cm NAFLD and 27mm prostate. Asked for lifestyle changes. In aug went for complete bld tests. all normal .. no infection,  5.5 HBA, Total cholestrol 168. LDL 113, TG - 153, HDL 28 In sept met another doctor who put me on levoflox * 10 day, and Norfloxcin 3 days, for Prostatitis n gut. Urinary and ejac. symptoms ( though mild) improved but no impact on GUT. Found another doc, who prescribed Bandy plus + vomo 10 days - no change in gut, Went to urologist - all tests done again, now liver 14cm n prostate 17ml n p calc n WBC 10.2 , he put me on 5 days of antibiotics Amikacin1000mg +cifrixime 500*2. still no change in gut. what's happening??
