I suffered from uti infection from last 10-12 days there is burning on urination and little belly pain as well. On urine test pus cells range from 100-12 HPF . CAn you suggest some antibiotics for this

I have been suffering from Uti for the last 6-7 months and I have taken prescribed medication but It didn't work. Now i have a fever, Confusion, numbness, Heat comes from my hands and feet, The urgency to pee and sometimes urine output decreases.

Hello Doctor, I am a 33-year-old male. Last year (April 2024), I experienced left testicle pain and burning sensation while urinating. I was diagnosed with a parasitic infection and was prescribed Ofloxacin + Ornidazole, along with other supportive medicines. At that time, I also had two urine tests, but no bacteria was found in either. Now, I am having similar symptoms again — increasing pain in my left testicle and burning sensation during urination. I have not taken any medicine yet. Kindly advise the further course of action. Thank you.

For the past several months, I’ve been experiencing numbness and tingling in the groin and both glutes, especially after sitting for even short periods (10–20 minutes). The discomfort also extends to the lower legs and feet, mostly as tingling or heaviness. Symptoms temporarily improve after taking B12 supplements, but the relief lasts only a few hours. I am currently taking Meganeuron as prescribed by a urologist. No significant pain while walking or standing, but sitting causes discomfort quickly, especially on hard surfaces. This is interfering with daily life and productivity. I’m wondering if this could be due to nerve compression, irritation (such as pudendal or sciatic nerve), or muscular tightness. Please advise what this could indicate

Is there a permanent solution for urinary retention- currently I am using catheter from a long time.

Hello doctors, I just have one small question related to a very personal issue. I have had a terribly tight foreskin. Since I was a kid. I feel like it was looser as a kid and as I kept growing it has gotten worse. It keeps getting tighter as I age. The area below the foreskin is extremely sensitive if I touch it by accident. It hurts a lot. It's like I have a quick reflex to move away from it the moment I touch it it's like burning your hand by accident. I tried solving this issue a long time ago by using the stretching method I was either told or I researched about. I tried stretching for days. Then I told myself, "I am young anyway I will think about it when I reach my 20s". I am 21 right now and my parents talk about marriage and stuff and I am really worried. Masturbation is not that problematic cos I don't stretch it more than I should. But if I stretch it a little too much it hurts like I punched it. So the idea of sex is scary. Makes me think I will stay a virgin forever. Help.

USG examination found the stones in Ureter and Kidney when my In-Laws advised by the doctor to perform USG. Doc suggested some medicine for a month and again asked to perform USG. Reports are attached before and after medication. Can anyone suggest whether I should move ahead of medication or need to operate it . Please suggest whether it's at all possible to get away with medication only. Thanks
