Sir muje urin karne ke bad jalan hoti he..urin karte time koi jalan pain nai hota...1 month se ho rahi he..mene pahele ak dr dikhaya usne levofloxicine di thi 10 day ke liye lekin koi jyada fark nai pada uske baad 10 din mene kisi dr ko nai dikhaya fir mene aj ak dr ko dikhaya usne urin culture and USG karaya jiski report me pic me deta hu .dr ne muje doxycycline di 5 din ke liye ..lekin mera ak friend jo medical me he usne bola ki doxycycline jyada effective nai he tumhare urin culture me..ab me kya karu ..?dusre dr ko dikhau?ya fir app muje kuch suggest karo kya karna chaiye muje

Hello Doctor,  I have been having pain around my scrotum/testicle for some time. I want to know whether a basic ultrasound is sufficient or if a color Doppler ultrasound is more useful in such cases. I have burning in my penis continuously I have done all test like uroglow,RGU,urine culture, ultrasound,urine PCR every thing is normal but why I feel burning some time it will be not there some time it will be there It almost more than 9 months I facing this problem

I have non obstructive 4mm kidney stone in lower pole of right kidney since April 2025. ( ultrasound done April 2025 and September 2025) . As six months passed will it cause any harm to kidneys. Why it is not passing through urine? I have increased hydration since April report .

On 7/Sep , I went to ER with right side and underwent CT, found 4mm stone near urator. U was advised to follow below course for 10 days 1. Tab drotin M twice a day 2. Tab pan 40 3. Tab Veltam DFZ-only night 4. Syr Alkashot mb6 15 mL Took Veltam and Alkashot same day night and observed itching early morning and realised that i had allergic reaction to similar syrup 20 years ago when I got operated for kidney stone (left side). Took Citrizen tab on doctor advise and continued rest of the course. However, no relief from itching. It's been five days. Took Avil also two times. Itching has become bigger concern and scratching and causing blood from scratches across the skin. No itching on face, but rest of the body.

Hello from last 10 days I m having frequent urination all the time reports for urine routine is only pus cells is 9. So dr prescribed me nitrobact 100 for 5 days but not so much improvement wat to do pls suggest.
