Concern about phimosis
Hello Doctor, I am facing an issue with tight foreskin. It does not retract properly during erection, although it is slightly better when not erect. There is a small opening at the tip and sometimes I I want to know: 1. Is this phimosis and what stage it could be? 2. Can it be treated with cream and stretching? 3. Do I need any procedure or surgery? I have attached photos for reference. Thank you.
